There is no longer a business center despite the website saying so, in case that is important to anyone. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly at all times. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, I had only great interactions with all.
-
I was disappointed that the breakfast grab and go wasn't complimentary.
-
Have stayed at this hotel many times. Always clean, updated, and fairly priced.

I’m a HGVC member which should give me some benefits. I couldn’t even get an upgrade. Why should I be loyal to Hilton if they aren’t loyal to me?

The beds and linens were clean but the carpeting in the lobby and our room was stained and dirty. The bathrooms needed attention as there was hair in the shower on the walls and on the floors and the full length mirror had been wiped with a dirty, wet cloth leaving water stains all over it. The a/c took a full 12 hours to budge the room temp down to an acceptable temperature. Upon arrival, our room was a humid 77 degrees. We loved the location, the pool area was very nice and front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast at No Name Lounge was very good.
-
Location was great but I had a room that seem outdated on the 6th floor.
-
They changed us 4 times rooms, first 2 the bathrooms were dirty, the third one the rooms had a bad smell like humidity finally the fourth was ok we were so tired
-
Lobby is nice. Rooms need touch up.

The Rooms: In terrible condition, poorly maintained, and dirty. The Bathrooms: Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Words can't even describe how bad they were. The Bedding: The worst part of all. My entire family started itching almost immediately after getting into bed because of the filthy sheets. The Service: Abysmal. The staff showed zero customer service or care for their guests' well-being. Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. It was a complete nightmare and ruined our trip. We checked out after 24 hours and never looked back.

Location, cleanliness and staff. The staff specifically.

Clean room
-
Was not as posh as other Hilton properties I stayed at, but was comfortable and convenient
-
The property is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable but need some upgrades such as tv should be a smart tv to access streaming apps and the bathtub needs refurbishing as it looked filthy.
-
My room, particularly the bathroom, was in a state of disrepair. For a seven-night stay, housekeeping only cleaned it once. The trash cans on the floor were consistently overflowing, and towels were left outside the rooms for most of the day and night. Upon checking in, the staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. To top it off, when my mom called to report an alligator in the parking lot, which was underneath my vehicle when I tried to leave, the hotel staff person seemed annoyed and hung up on her three times.

Awesome! Convenient to UF!
-
For a Hilton, it definitely did not live up to its name.
-
Very nice stay. Great location and helpful staff.
-
That gap became a real problem when I needed extra time for work calls and was told late check-out would cost extra. Charging for one more hour of quiet, in a hotel with no proper workspace to begin with, was disappointing.
-
Property is nice. Room is good. The pool area is neglected. The pool needed to be cleaned.
-
Front desk staff were super helpful. Nice clean rooms and common areas. Very close to UF campus. Lots of convenient parking. Only downside was the pool closed at sunset. We will stay here again when visiting our student at UF.
