The room was great just issues with room card reader. Maintenance swapped out batteries while we were out and new cards ready when we returned. Staff was great except for the one on our last day. Super non attentive boarder line rude. The room was under our loyalty Diamond Elite status and we were never acknowledged like we normally do.
