Location and proximity to shops/restaurants Shower was TINY

The staff was very helpful he was able to accommodate us before the checking time

The noise from the highway is extremely loud. The hotel has terrible insulation, so it felt like we were camping out on the highway it was that loud! The bathroom floor was dirty with the previous guest’s hair.

Room was very clean

The patio area near the pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. Also, the woman at the front counter was very friendly and accommodating. After staying a night in the room I woke up extremely stuffy (assuming there is mold because it got better as the day went on and I was no longer at the hotel) and the ac unit is ridiculously loud and woke me up all night long kicking on and off. I finally got up and turned the fan to on instead of auto to keep the noise consistent but it was still very loud and made sleeping difficult

Check on was quick and easy. Staff was wonderful this time.

Conftable room

I was canceled within 48 hours of my sat due to the hotel being oversold apparently. Not acceptable and hotel manager was completely rude and disrespectful and unhelpful

Breakfast great Tv never worked. Stayed two weeks was asked to have the beds changed the day before leaving. Always had to ask for bath tissues, trash bags, clean towels, tub dripped loaded the disability room I asked for and booked since I had surgery was given away had to move rooms twice with no help

We had stayed somewhere else the night before. They were able to find us a room even though we were early. It was close to an appointment I had the next day. Leah was awesome. The Cleanliness, staff, and facility intself.

Kitchen was very nice to have and the pool area as well as the breakfast area was very clean.

Staff was incredible and the suite was fabulous. Their breakfast was some of the best I have had at a Marriott property. Excellent location.

Staff was friendly, but I spotted trash behind my headboard. The carpet looked dirty. Also, lighting in vanity and sink area should be brighter.

It was fine. The front desk staff aren't very friendly. Also one morning I went into the breakfast area to get a packet of peanut butter because I have to leave for work at 630 and it isn't served until then, one of the kitchen staff yelled at me. I will be trying to avoid staying here for awhile.
