We visit Gainesville for a weekend every other month and always stay at Aloft. We travel with our dog and pets always stayed free at this facility. But someone decided to change the pet policy and we had to pay for our dog. And when you need to pay a pet fee there are so many nicer places to stay at this price range.

Beautiful excellent hotel for the weekend

The staff was amazing. However, when we got to our floor, it felt as if the air conditioner wasn’t working from the moment we stepped off of the elevator. When we got to our room, it was extremely hot and smelled as if the room had been shut off or not used for a long time. We found a dead bug on the bed. We were very surprised by this experience because we typically have an amazing experience at the Aloft.

Unfortunately I got hurt at your facility. Even though it was a accident but when I was walking to my room pushing my 3month old baby in the stroller. The cleaning service didn't see me and accidentally tripped me with the cord. I had to push the stroller out the way because I almost fell on my face.

I’ve been staying there every time I need to see the doctor at the University of Florida for the last four years and it’s been a great place. The staff is good. The management is good.

Everything was clean and tidy. No delays checking in or out. Fluid transaction. Also awesome to see alligators in the pond across the street from window of my room.

we were supposed to have breakfast included. When we went to the lobby, the manager told us that there would be no breakfast bar but we could go order from the menu to purchase. Super disappointing because we paid so much for one night.
