From the moment we entered it was a great atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal! Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately I got hurt at your facility. Even though it was a accident but when I was walking to my room pushing my 3month old baby in the stroller. The cleaning service didn't see me and accidentally tripped me with the cord. I had to push the stroller out the way because I almost fell on my face.

Hotel was fine. We had a really hard time opening and closing our room door.

I’ve been staying there every time I need to see the doctor at the University of Florida for the last four years and it’s been a great place. The staff is good. The management is good.

Everything was clean and tidy. No delays checking in or out. Fluid transaction. Also awesome to see alligators in the pond across the street from window of my room.

we were supposed to have breakfast included. When we went to the lobby, the manager told us that there would be no breakfast bar but we could go order from the menu to purchase. Super disappointing because we paid so much for one night.

Early check in accommodations & change from king to double bed request Over priced but due to the concert in town I’m assuming. Still seemed a little ridiculous.

That’s the second time it’s happened and just that very gruff greeting as really turned me off from this location. All other staff were very pleasant

The most convenient hotel - pet friendly and dogs stay on ground floor with an exit to outdoor walking area; easy free parking; convenient location to UF Vet School where I take my dogs; lobby bar. It has an area to purchase snacks and make coffee but does not serve any kind of breakfast. That is my only reason for 4 stars. Rooms are clean with coffee makes so I just bring my own bagels.

This was a good option while traveling with my small dog. The small bar was wonderful for a glass of wine and a snack and Ken is the best! So pet friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fine experience overall. The elevator smelled terrible.

The front desk agent that "greeted" us did not even say hello. She asked for name and then never even looked at us. When my husband gave his gold Bonvoy number she looked up and thanked him but it was a very bad start to our stay.
