Clean room

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. Perfect location with many restaurants, some shopping and a movie theatre, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice area, I will say you do have to park in the parking garage across the street and I did feel a little sketched out at night, but overall wasn't terrible. The front desk staff wasn't also too friendly but I didn't care that much as we only stayed overnight on a road trip. Room was very clean and nice, cozy, and the bathroom shower was amazing. Lots of room, separate toilet area and double shower heads (one waterfall one normal) overall not bad and I would stay again. The elevator is out of date and not up to code as of almost two years though lol.. id get that fixed

Family of 4 checked in at midnight after a late flight and 2 hour drive from Orlando. Without being informed, we were assigned a room on a dog-friendly floor. This became apparent after getting to our room and unpacking. We heard a few short barks from a nearby room. Exhausted from travel, we ignored this disruption and all went to sleep. However, by 7:30 we were awakened by sustained barking and whining from a dog in the room next door. We called the front desk to inform them and also asked if we had been assigned this room due to the hotel being at capacity, We were told the hotel was not at capacity. So why assign a tired family of 4 (without an animal) arriving at midnight a room night next door to guests with a dog? It makes no sense, especially if other rooms were available. We had somewhere to be that morning, so we all quickly showered and dressed while the dog next door continued to bark and whine. The guests had clearly left the dog alone in the room as there was no response to knocking on their door. Inconsiderate as that was, I fault hotel management for this room assignment.

Every part of this stay was perfect!

Clean room, modern, helpful staff, convenient to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and parking. Plenty to do. Safe location. Bar and breakfast to order.
