Friendly helpful staff & clean facilities

This hotel is well located and has good amenities for its standard. But the housekeeping policy of just changing towels every second day, and no real room servicing is very poor. Considering the pricing this is totally unacceptable. Add to that the very unfriendly staff member at check in who should not be working in hospitality leads to an unhappy stay to an otherwise good hotel with good amenities. Both of these can be easily rectified.

Juanita in the food prep and service was excellent. She came and spoke with us guest, showed interest in where we are from and how we’re doing.

The room was clean, modern and well equipped. The breakfast was above average and worth a stop!

The Property was clean and comfortable. The location was near several places to get good food. The walls seem to be Very Thin and I could her the conversation of individuals in another room.

Good location close to restaurants (Longhorns steak house next door). The rooms were clean, with a kitchen, 2 burner stove for light cooking. A complimentary role of paper towels, dish detergent, with dish rag and sponges. The hotel has free breakfast which includes things like eggs, hash browns, yogurts, muffins, cereal, self made waffles etc. On our last night at the hotel somebody in one of the rooms decided to start making loud bumping noises, like moving furniture around or something. This continued for hours. Dogs were on the property so there was occasional barking but nothing too much.

The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and perfect for a five day stay.

Parking was readily available. Our room was extremely clean including the bathroom. Breakfast items were limited, but they were hot and fresh. We really enjoyed the waffle bar.

Our stay was for one night. Check in was very easy as was adding a pet to our stay. We had a pleasant stay overall.

Top of shower in room 118 is yellow but everything else good

Very clean hotel, quiet, close to everything. The only bad thing i discovered was the bathroom door was difficult to close all the way. Was also difficult to open it back once you did get it closed
