The young lady that checked us in was beyond helpful. We had come from another hotel that was a horrible experience. The young lady let me see a room before paying. The staff was lovely! I truly appreciated it! The only thing I did not like, was getting into the property. If you were coming from the town direction you had to go past the hotel and turn around to come back. However that is not at the hotels fault.

Need I say more

Only one elevator and it's where staff can see it. Room is always spotless! I liked everything!

Horrendous. Disgusting rooms. Smelled like cigarettes and every blanket/ sheet had burn holes. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast is coffee and bags of Doritos. Didn’t have super high expectations but my god I would avoid this place next time.

WE LEFT EARLY BECAUSE...Rooms were dirty, breakfast served was honey buns and nutra grain bars (PRETTY SURE THEY WERE EXPIRED)no drinks. Attendant provided new room key without seeing ID to my husband only asked for last name with other people in lobby. Bed VERY VERY uncomfortable, burns in comforter and dirty sheets. New pillow provided when asked but had a USED bandaid stuck to it.

This should be 1 star motel : old, dirty and the bed; mattress on metal box very uncomfortable. Cigarette smells eventhough it says NO smoking! The false advertisement. There is No breakfast. Not even a dry cereal. The front Desk clerk talking about COVID.

The advertisement said breakfast. Their idea of breakfast consisted of honey bun, nutrigrain bar, Belvita snack pack, and coffee. They should elaborate about the breakfast, most of the guests were unhappy. They thought getting a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc)

Beds were terrible. So uncomfortable
-
AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained.
-
The property listed "Breakfast". They didn't have anything that resembled breakfast.

Bad experience

I was expecting a hot breakfast Sketchy area

Was a really shit Nothing liked

I also liked that we were on the first floor and could park in front of the room. Almost everything else could have been significantly improved. No desk. WiFi kept going in and out. The bed was lumpy, unsupportive. We paid $108, but breakfast was just coffee and muffins. The room was very poorly cleaned. Dirt and grime visible in every corner. I was going to move the sofa to be able to use the nightstand for a 'desk,' but there was so much dirt underneath I couldn't do it. The bathroom was gritty with mold throughout the shower and in all the corners around the ceiling. This experience would be an overall 2 if it weren't for how great the awesome woman was who checked me in.
