Arrived to check in went to our room only to find the ac wasn't working properly so I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. The employee said that was the only room available but would have maintenance go check it out. We went to meet our friends hoping that when we returned it would be fixed...wrong! Room was still hot... too hot to sleep in! I returned to the front desk and the employee tried to help us but to no avail. No room and no refund even though we didn't use their room because there ac wasn't work which was not my fault! We left immediately and headed across the street to a different motel to get a room with working ac!

Everything from staff to over and double charging me , to roches in room to the rooms tv not working then ppl knocking at door to police constantly walking and knocking on doors and they don't acomadwte their guest and they don't give proper toiletries or towels very inconvenient and the guest there say it is a problem location and won't give refund
