Poor odor in the lobby. Hot in the lobby. We didn’t even check into our room due to the odor and temperature. Would not recommend to anyone, we did not feel safe.

We only stayed overnight so didn’t select a more expensive hotel. We were very surprised at the condition, room size, and amenities for the low cost we paid. Would definitely come back!

Our stay here was perfect, and Anna was amazing!! Hotel is clean and has picturesque amenities, pool felt great, grounds keeping was good as well. Had a slight issue with first room, however Anna fixed it immediately. Comfy beds too! Great for our stay!

We have stayed here before to see a show at the Hall and all was great, but this time there were ants in the room. Only 8-10 ants and the management seemed very concerned and will be addressing the issue. Will stay there again because of location and price. The garden area is very nice!

There was no equipment in the gym and the place was a little rough.

It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again
