Good water pressure, good a/c, great staff, and a reasonable price.

I know often times we look for name brand hotels, and you get the cookie cutter stay but I was searching for an affordable quick getaway, and I saw the Guest Lodge online and it looked nice, so I tried it. This place was amazing. If you are looking for a clean, quaint, friendly place with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, I whole heartedly recommend the Guest Lodge. All I can say is it felt like a community, a family run business, and a place that felt like home.

Friendly staff

My issue was with the morning clerk. I was attempting to fill a cup with water from a dispenser. The icon showed a hand with the pointer finger raised. I thought you pushed the icon to dispense water. The clerk had stepped into a room behind the desk but out of view. I ran the bell once & sensed no acknowledgement & about 10 seconds later I ring it 1 more time. I only struck the bell once each time. When she appeared she looked inconvenienced. I told her my issue & she stated it was no touch & I only had to hover my hand over it. When she turned around she snatched the bell off the front desk & stashed it behind it. Then she returned to the room. A few moments later another guest came to the desk. Walked to the counter & waited. After a brief time she called out. "Excuse me" No one answered. She tried twice more @ which my friend reached around the end of the counter, retrieved the bell & rang it The clerk appeared immediately, definitely upset he retrieved the bell. This time she place way away from the counter. She did wait on the other guest, but you could tell she was miffed. As a lifelong customer engagement employee, she was very off putting. I doubt raising this with her will make a difference. I know it will make me stay elsewhere but would reccomend the business to others. I would just avoid any interaction with the daytime front desk.

besides having someone steal our door dash order which was not fault of the hotel we had a nice stay.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, nice pool.

I booked this location by accident but I was NOT disappointed!! The venue itself is cute and super clean! The location is walking distance to the town square with plenty of restaurants to pick from. It gave a home-y feel; definitely going to book there for an extended vacation!! I didn’t like that my stay couldn’t have been a little bit longer. I definitely would have LOVED to jump in the pool!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! THIS PLACE IS NASTY FULL OF ROACHES AND MOLD STAY AWAY AND THEY DON'T REFUND YOU THE REVIEWS HERE ARE LIE THIS SHOULD BE 0 STARA RATING!! I checked in and checked out right away after getting the room and they did not want to refund me! Keep you money go to BEST WESTERN NEARBY THEY ARE Clean AND GREAT AND GOT GREAT BREAKFAST MANY OPTIONS It was dirty, I found 3 dead roaches on the floor. The room smells like mold and there's mold in the bathroom. The beds are small and not queen size. It is filthy and disgusting.

Pool I believe it was a full bed instead of a queen bed.

Showers were odd. They didn't have a liner to prevent water from getting on the floor. Yhe staff was very friendly. The rooms were overall comfortable and clean.

Surprisingly there was continental breakfast with a nice eating area. I wasn't expecting breakfast. There is also a small area by the registration desk that has necessities for sale in case you forgot to bring something; there were frozen foods for sale for the microwave. I've never seen that before! A pack of crackers and bottle of water were left for us on the top of the microwave in the room. A nice gesture. The pool-side was nice! There were sitting areas all around outside the hotel. The place, in and out, was very clean! And staff was friendly and helpful. I don't have much to say in this area.
