I enjoyed my quality Time with five year old daughte. It wasJustus two. The location wasn't greatbut it was convenient and the lowest rate I could find. they make sure they came and cleaned every day that was a plus.couldn't get in the pool cuz it is too hot.but it was nice to know that it was there.

We were told they had no rooms available,I booked online and the lady was upset because I booked online. We were put into a room with roaches,dead and alive. Water leaking across room and mold covering a lot of surfaces. We were yelled at by the front lady because

From my first day stay on Friday July 31st, my key card didn't work. Went back to office to get it fixed. Saturday Aug 1st, added an extra day stay until Monday. Go pay front desk on Saturday. Saturday night I leave to go to grocery store & when I get back, I can't get in room because key card doesn't work. So I'm stuck outside my room with groceries for over an hour. Until finally a hispanic maintenance guy let me in my room. Issues continued on Sunday because front desk isn't open on Sunday so there's no way to get key card fixed but I have appointments on Sunday. So when I leave & come back in locked out my room until I can find someone to open it. I'm never staying at another Red Roof hotel again. When you have issues the problem doesn't get resolved it's only a temporary fix. I paid over $200 for 3 days stay & it was horrible. Being locked out my room for hours in 90° weather isn't pleasant. I'm going to contact an attorney about getting my money back

The bed had dips on either side of it the mattress did and not really handicap accessible in the big burner in the kitchen didn't work on one brother did the small one

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was spotless, and overall it was perfect. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Privacy Sheets were stained and bed was rough. The main concern was for some reason every morning at 2am people upstairs or next to ke seem like they were rearranging furniture. Very hard to sleep
