Breakfast was abominable.

I wouldn't stay here again. We had a terrible stay due to the cleanliness of our room and got very little help from the front desk staff when we voiced our concerns. My husband had a severe allergic reaction and an asthma attack. We believe there was pet dander on the bed that wasn't thoroughly cleaned. We tried to contact the front desk staff multiple times in multiple ways, and it took forever for anyone to get back to us. Our concerns were resolved with "points". We're not very happy about that. I've been staying in Hampton Inns with my family since I was a child and man, customer service sure isn't what it used to be. I'm done. We'll go elsewhere.

The rooms are not well insulated and I could hear the people above me and the street noise was awful. If I had a room at the back of the building it may have been better.

We were traveling on a budget and this met all of our needs. Our kiddos loved the continental breakfast, the room was sufficient for a young family of 4, and we were exceptionally thrilled when the front desk attendant on Saturday 6/13 opened the pool just a few minutes before 10am so my kiddos could enjoy it while we had the time. My only complaint was that our bathroom sink was very slow to drain but I shared that with staff and feel confident it will be handled.

This was a disappointing stay; the bed, which is always sooo comfy, was not this time. Has Hampton/Hilton changed their fabulous mattresses? And breakfast was not as good as usual either

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Great location close to downtown. I had to go to the front desk to get cups and an extra roll of toilet paper. One of the two elevators was not working.

The hotel it's self was nice and the staff were friendly and just as sweet as could be. The bed. The bed was so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the box spring. I love a firm mattress but this one was to firm.

Room was very clean. Staff were excellent in helping up change dates needed!! Nice hot shower. Great variety at breakfast lots of different choices! Area outside Inn was noisy at times. Walls were a little thin. Best to pick a location away from the traffic.
