The property is exceptionally clean and location is great. Just a block or so from the Gainesville square. Great Bar and courtyard area as well.

Great hotel, walking distance from the square and very clean. They are sticklers for out by 11 am sharp and I've stayed here a few times and sometimes theyve told me $15 to park and sometimes $20,but other than that, the staff is friendly and the property is very clean and well maintained

the room was clean and it was very peaceful. I enjoy that starbucks is located in the hotel. The staff at check in was very nice and informative of where things were located.

Location, convenience, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Next time I will request a room on the Courtyard side because the street was busy and somewhat loud overnight, but it was still a great experience and a quality facility.
