Large room for the price. Room temperature was really good since it was so hot outside. We would definitely stay there again

Had to pay $15 for early check in ( called and asked if we could check in an hour early, was told yes, wasn’t told a fee, NEVER have had a fee at any hotel before)…. Room as soon as we walked in had broken tile.. the floor was more of a slope, no grout, nothing…. Urine all over base of toilet… went to ask to be moved to a different room, no one was around… tried again 30 minutes later, no one around.. we then had to leave for our concert (the reason for being in the area)…. When we got back, no one was around…. We went to bed… 3 adults… 1 towel, 1 washcloth…. Checked out and asked how was our stay.. I explained the broken floor, poor housekeeping and lack of employees and all I was asked if I wanted a receipt. Not anything else… not looking for money back, anything, I just personally do NOT recommend this place..

Everything was wonderful! Beds were so comfortable . Breakfast was delicious! Staff was awesome and made sure we had clean towels and coffee and cups for our two day stay! We will definitely stay here again

There was water damage in our bathroom on the ceiling and water damage in the lobby. Some of it had been fixed, but not finished. The hotel has the possibility of being a lot nicer. It looks like the management has decided to not to keep it up.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was conveniently located right off the highway with several food options around and 10-14 minutes from Windstar Casino. Breakfast was included and was good, no complaints. We had a suite, the bed was comfortable and we slept really well; quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The place was not run down like I read on other reviews. Apparently, they have new owners and have improved the property. Love loved the hot tub/pool!

The room we had was very large but everything was dated and worn out. It also was dirty. The sheer curtains had mold on them and the heavier curtains didn’t close. The ac was on the other side of the room so it was difficult to keep the room cool. There was no ac in the hallways. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom.

The elevator was dirty and they didn’t provide clean towels if you stay more than one day
