Quality Inn Gainesville

Toliet lid didn’t even fit the toliet, drawers were left with old qtips and trash….. door hardly locked, like you could see light thru the side. Whoever is managing this property is not doing a good job at all. I’ll be plastering on all social media platforms…..

The property is old but the room was cleaned and very convenient great location close to the freeway if you are on budget great choice and is clean will normal clean

The property is outdated. The room and bathroom were clean. The bedding smelled clean but was stained. It is convenient and on the way to Winstar. For the price it was ok.

Dirty run down felt like a cheap motel. I didn’t even sleep the doors are flimsy and I was scared they had bed bugs the comforter was stained brown looked like turd never again will I stay at any Quality Inn hotel. It definitely was not quality

The hotel room was dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The chair had stains. The bathroom was filthy. The lid for the commode was broken. There was a hole on top of the showerhead. The ceiling was broken. It was just a total disaster.

Outside of building was run down. Was Charged an extra fee for being there 15 minutes early was ridiculous. Couldn’t find a working ice machine. Definitely would not stay there again!

Needed to be mowed. And mattresses were outside was worried about bed bugs.

They clearly do not replace the lines or vacuum. I brought my own blankets they were flooded with hair, lint, etc. I am not sure if there was a dog in the room but there was white fur all over my clothes and covers. My socks were so disgusting after walking on the floor. They seem very understaffed only one lady for the whole hotel while I was there atleast and must be having to take short cuts to get to as many rooms as possible.

Room was clean and ok a/c struggled to work as well as the fridge pool was closes breakfast was trash watery eggs dried out sausage bearly anything to drink not much of a verify to pick from then on top of that they take your security deposit

Bed bugs call the office several times never responded. I didn’t know we had to pay for toilet paper when you’re staying at a hotel customer service ridiculous. Cleanness of the room. Awful pillows were stained towels were stained. carpet was smelly spots on the carpet roaches very bad customer service wanted my refund was denied.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The rest of the room and property were very run down

It was the worse place we Have ever stayed!!!!!!!! The smell in the room was making us sick I call the front desk, after an hour they finally moved us to another room. That room was 1. broken tub , the lock wasn't good, the curtain was tore & THEY never said they was sorry!!!! Also holes in the wall. Never was I so upset about a room. I have stayed at many Hotels this was so awful. I took pictures & have already send them.

Beds were comfy and Clean Rooms. AC helped to sleep. The Breakfast needs an upgrade like the one in Comfort SUIETS Hotel has.

The property is in need of updates. You have to spend 💰 to make 💰

I contacted property early afternoon the day of my reservation, but I have yet to receive any response at all. It has been almost a week now.

The bed, shower, sink, toilet and AC were nice enough. There were some cleanliness issues that make us never want to go to a Quality Inn again. There was a hair on the bathtub when I first walked in and the shower shelf was not cleaned of the prior soap residue or the previous patron's bar of soap. Dirty or rusty spots around the rooms could use a paint touchup or caulk. The grate above the shower head was nasty like it has never been cleaned. There was a dribble of black goo down the side of the bed skirt. The TV stand was wobbly. There was no chair for the desk so we laughingly "fought" over the one chair in the room. Oh, and there was a bug near the front door. Could of used a few more pillows than the three small ones provided. It also would be nice if there were numbers on the buildings as it is a large property and it was hard to see the numbers on the doors. The bar looked fun but we chose to skip the breakfast because we were grossed out.

The TV would not work, "no signal". There was no phone in the room to call for assistance. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was depleted and the waffle maker wasn't working. Most of our group went elsewhere to eat. The help were foreigners and were difficult to understand. We had stayed there before and it was never great, but we will never stay there again !

Very disappointed. Hotel was not maintained. Shower curtain was mildewed, and torn. Stains on the carpet and walls. No stopper for the tub. Holes in the wall, trash behind the nightstand. Broken mirror. No chairs beside the pool. These things could easily be replaced or cleaned. We were embarrassed to stay here. Pictures are very misleading! The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet, but definitely not worth the money we paid for a Friday night.
