Not much They only changed towels and took out trash 1 time in 7 days I watched the cleaners and they never used a vacume they only used a broom the carpets had stains the dusting was poor and the pool was closed and that was something I looked for when. I was looking for hotels the photo was deceiving from at the adds and the grounds outside had trash all over

The room was filthy. Sheets had stains. Toilet and bathroom dirty. A bag of clothes was laying outside the room, possibly a homeless person. We had to leave and go elsewhere. Can you possibly give us a credit.

The clerk approach me with a bloody finger in a napkin. The pool had algae, the room smelled, it had stains on the floor the toilet looked like it was falling apart and the sheets were stained. Cigarette butts and trash all over the property.

Checked in and was told the pool was full of grass due to the grass cutters. Was told the pool open soon. We stayed many nights and the pool never opened. The door to our room was not sealed properly and three crickets and a spider got into the room.

The pool was disgusting, green and smelly, the concrete floors on the second story were crack, had holes, terrible, honestly I was disappointed with this hotel, when I book a property by whindam usually is very good property, but this was just terrible, the restroom is terrible, the room was super hot when we got in, so the ac was off and it took about 4l3 hours to cool down. I will never go back to this hotel. I reserved 3 rooms for my family of 7 and was very disappointed 😞

The toilet pretty gross and the floor need deep clean. We didn't eat breakfast because only the had is coffee cereal no eggs etc. definitely i won't comeback and not safe area around i saw a lady running wearing only underwear in the parking lot.

I opened the door to a 90degree room. The AC worked but who knows how long it has been off, I had no hot water so took a cold shower. The room was cool by the time I woke up 8hours later, but had to sleep with my head near the ac. Also the bed was higher in the middle, so the blood kinda rushed to my head. Sheets seemed be clean but pillows smelled musty

The area was nice , lots of fast food places . The water of the hotel was a bit greasy , took a shower and still felt somewhat not clean, the bed sheets had stains on them and the vents had dust .

Good location. Toilet lid didn't fit, vent cover missing about shower head that I couldn't reach to adjust, room was hot when I got there A/C wasn't on. I made reservation for double on 1st floor, was given double room on 2nd floor. Walking around complex had lots of rooms with curtains open looking like they were available.

There was a dead rat underneath our ac unit and a pipe hanging in front of the room door
