Haven’t stayed in a B&B in a long time but thought I’d give it a shot when Winstar Casino’s prices were outrageous. Sure glad I did! John and Connie were the perfect hosts! Enjoyed every minute of my stay! Will definitely return.

Step back in time in this Victorian House with a Villa poolside vibe, a delicious culinary breakfast. TOP noch service, romantic, relaxed weekend get-away. Connie and her John will not disappoint. The area itself has a country nostalgic vibe, with beautiful outskirt drive. We definitely loved this place, worth the price, and can't wait to come back!!

This is the best bed and breakfast. Beautiful property. The Rose Room was AMAZING. It was clean and went way beyond expectation. The bathtub was a beautiful soaker old fashion tub. Upon check in we were asked our breakfast order for the following morning, served a delicious sweet bread in our room, had chocolates on the bed at nighttime. The breakfast was outstanding. The best salmon eggs Benedict ever. I will be definitely planning another trip, but stay more than one night next time.

Older home. Very clean. Wonderful husband and wife staff. Very attentive. Breakfast was excellent. They have a hot tub and a pool, but we did not use it. We were very happy with our experience.

This was the best home away from home! Owners Connie and John make you feel like you’re their only guest! Sat down in the kitchen with big glasses of Ice Tea. This was done so they could find out what we wanted for breakfast the next morning. Fresh chicken eggs, fresh veggies, fruits home grown or organic. Can even accommodate gluten free. (We chose tea because we don’t drink alcohol but if you do they will give you a bear or wine.) The upstairs is where the rooms are and we opted for the king room because it had its own bathroom. If you use the queen beds it has a shared bathroom. Never fear, there is another bathroom downstairs if it’s occupied. The whole house is basically yours. We sat in the living room after breakfast in our provided robes after breakfast this morning because I was so full from the amazing breakfast Chef John cooked. The evening meal is cooked by Chef Connie. Our room upstairs had fresh made banana bread with real butter. We changed for our evening out which was a concert at Win Star only a short drive away. When we came home the fireplace was going in the living room, the stairs are dimly lit. We went upstairs to our room to find our covers turned back and chocolates on the bed. The bed was so comfortable! We both felt really rested. If you ever get the chance to stay here, don’t question it! Just do it! Only thing different for me was no hand towel by the sink in our upstairs room. Otherwise perfect! Completely 10 plus! Love the history of the home to

The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, the manor was beautiful and we were greeted with a glass of wine and beer, the breakfast was phenomenal. Will definitely be back Nothing everything was perfect

Clean room, Great Brownies, Great Biscuits, Great Banana Nut bread. Loved the breakfast and Connie and John were so welcoming. Reserve the Rose room as it is the best room in the house.
