Bugs in the chair, nasty bathroom, hole in the all. Door not properly sealed. Stained sheets. Bugs in the freezer. Floor not swept. I’m sure I forgot something too. We left after 30 minutes to go stay somewhere else . I’ve bought cheap motels before and knew I wasn’t gonna get the best. But this one was borderline unlivable

The air conditioner worked really good after my boyfriend fixed it it was very cold the full size refrigerator is nice and the two burners and sink for the kitchen area the king size bed was comfortable the room could have been cleaner I had to clean the bathtub myself and mop the floorsm

The room was horrible the room stunk so bad we couldn’t even stay there there was roaches in the shower the drapes have moth holes eating thur them we refused to stay at this place

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience because the property is simply trash—extremely dirty on the outside. Forget about the pool; it was absolutely filthy. It’s a really poor roadside motel. Even if you're just looking to spend the night, I still feel I paid too much for such a terrible experience given what was offered. Inside, everything is old; the bath towels were stained and of very poor quality. The only pluses were that the air conditioning worked well, the location was very close to the casino where we saw a show, and there were plenty of fast-food places nearby. But otherwise, everything was bad—the room smelled like cigarettes. I wouldn't stay there again; for just $20 more, you could probably stay somewhere better!

Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. You think if they wanted my business they would have treated us better and accommodated us with me showing her the receipt of payment. I had called and talked to a man explaining about the mix up on the dates requested but to that lady it didn’t matter she just wanted more money. So if I would have paid that it that room would have costed me $199 +$103 So Ridiculous if you ask me. Then when I looked online again they were running it way cheaper . And before I got there it said to confirm $144 So that front desk lady was price gouging. The nerve of some people. Good way to lose someone’s business. Over all it’s not a bad hotel except for my little Experience with the Front Desk Lady.

The best thing is the waffle shaped like Texas. Bedding / towels were clean and soft. Coffee tasted really good. Location is very convenient. HOWEVER, they don't pick up trash outside, don't bring clean towels, don't empty trash in the room. The tub faucet runs constantly, and the toilet runs randomly in the night. Floor makes your feet black, and the bathroom area tile is like GLASS when it's wet. Pool is empty, breakfast room is 78 degrees. The same exact pieces of trash were on the sidewalk all weekend. Expedia picture is bright and light, the room is NOT. There is furniture piled in public areas, junk including a mattress propped up in the courtyard, a broken fountain, and various things held together by masking tape. Curtains in the room are sagging down from the rod. Breakfast buffet was OK, but two of the crock pots don't have a knob on the lid, so it's hard to open them. Public area near lobby has a huge pile of old junky furniture just sitting there, and there are lots of large drywall patches in the wall not yet painted. If you doubt any of this, I do have pictures. This is the quality of a room that should cost $50 / night, but it did not.

All was good but storming effected the satellite reception.
