Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. You think if they wanted my business they would have treated us better and accommodated us with me showing her the receipt of payment. I had called and talked to a man explaining about the mix up on the dates requested but to that lady it didn’t matter she just wanted more money. So if I would have paid that it that room would have costed me $199 +$103 So Ridiculous if you ask me. Then when I looked online again they were running it way cheaper . And before I got there it said to confirm $144 So that front desk lady was price gouging. The nerve of some people. Good way to lose someone’s business. Over all it’s not a bad hotel except for my little Experience with the Front Desk Lady.

Has roaches and floors looked dirty

The best thing is the waffle shaped like Texas. Bedding / towels were clean and soft. Coffee tasted really good. Location is very convenient. HOWEVER, they don't pick up trash outside, don't bring clean towels, don't empty trash in the room. The tub faucet runs constantly, and the toilet runs randomly in the night. Floor makes your feet black, and the bathroom area tile is like GLASS when it's wet. Pool is empty, breakfast room is 78 degrees. The same exact pieces of trash were on the sidewalk all weekend. Expedia picture is bright and light, the room is NOT. There is furniture piled in public areas, junk including a mattress propped up in the courtyard, a broken fountain, and various things held together by masking tape. Curtains in the room are sagging down from the rod. Breakfast buffet was OK, but two of the crock pots don't have a knob on the lid, so it's hard to open them. Public area near lobby has a huge pile of old junky furniture just sitting there, and there are lots of large drywall patches in the wall not yet painted. If you doubt any of this, I do have pictures. This is the quality of a room that should cost $50 / night, but it did not.

All was good but storming effected the satellite reception.

Roach motel, paid for two nights and didn’t even stayed. It was that bad!

Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.

It is in very poor condition. I do not recommend it.

Room clean but stains on mattress, chairs. Bed comfortable and sheets clean. No bed buds as checked when arriving in room. Outside needs definite cleaning and can smell the rodent problem outside. See traps so know they are trying. Cheap hotel price for concert nearby. Did the job we needed.

Bed had shredded cheese crumbs, long black hairs and bed bugs. A cockroach run over the remote before using it, refrigerator had mold inside. Would not recommend this place at all, it’s a hazard to your health

I enjoyed my stay at this establishment very convenient location close to gas, food, highway nice little town!

That's why I ended up losing my money and I went to another place.

this hotel needs a complete renovation. cockroaches and wasps in the rooms. I requested a full refund immediately. Staff at front desk were nice though. I was not comfortable staying there at all.

The neighborhood is not all that safe. The bed was very squeaky needs replacement
