I liked the location and the convenience. I liked the room and the size of it. The bed was comfortable. I liked the free breakfast. The beverage machine was out of order. I asked the service person if I could get some water and she said there was no water. So I think the hotel should have had something to drink besides the coffee vending machine.

The air conditioner was very loud. The swimming pool was green with algae and it is inside which shows no maintenance. Breakfast was cold.

Shower pressure. The shower was moldy. Room was very humid.

When I booked this room it had a jacuzzi. When I arrived I got all my stuff ready to get in and couldn’t find the button to turn it on. So I went and talked to the girl up front and come to find out they do not work. There is only one on the property that works. The room smelt like mold as well. But when you enter in the lobby there’s a strong smell of disinfectant spray. I guess it’s to over power the mold smell in the rooms.

Location was great for breakfast in the morning Wasn’t very clean. Room was old and a little run down.

Our TV didn't work, they came up to the room immediately and fixed it.

The location was great. Easy to find, easy to get in and out. Room had trash from the previous occupant in it when we arrived. The both bulbs in the only overhead light in the room were burned out. Only one lamp between the beds worked. The ladies public restroom toilets were plugged & needed to be plunged.

Nothing! I got told no rooms available when I arrived, after getting confirmation for room and check in time. Counter staff was not helpful at all and still charged me today!!! I made reservations, upon arrival was told there were no rooms left. The front desk told me they would cancel reservation. Today I was charged for room. I called hotel twice today. Both times was told I would get a call back to straighten it out. I never got a call back. Worst experience ever
