Room floor was dirty had stains like something sticky was dropped. Also bed cover had a brown stain probably from the sticky on the floor. There was vomit at the back escalators. Staff was friendly but property was not kept clean.

The location was close to where we were visiting. Road work was terrible. The tv had to be adjusted by staff. Place needed an upgrade. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Checking was good overnight, stay was good. However, I did oversleep woke up around, noon began to take a shower housekeeping, knocked on door told housekeeping I would be out of there shortly. I was getting ready to leave. While I'm in the shower phone rings cannot answer cause I'm in the shower phone rings again. Cannot answer still because I'm in the shower. I get out of the shower no more than I'm out of the shower. I hear a knock at the door and I say yes, and it was an older gentleman. Tell me that I needed to get out. I suggest, sir, I understand that I overslept. I'm getting ready to get gone tells me I have 15 minutes to leave or else. Unacceptable

This hotel is not worth considering if you like friendly staff, a clean room, and A/C during summer. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

The place is old with a need of exterior cleaning and updating. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The price was excellent.

The biggest issue was that our son had to be moved to a different room after bed bugs were found, which was extremely concerning and made for an uncomfortable experience. The complimentary breakfast was also very limited. It consisted of coffee, cereal, a few yogurts, and a waffle maker. There was no juice or other breakfast options available. Overall, while the room stayed cool, the cleanliness, bed bug issue, and lack of breakfast options mean we would not choose to stay here again.

The front office staff was incredibly friendly. We went to our room and removed the bedding because I needed to take a nap before we went out. Unfortunately, the bedding was stained with what looked like dried blood drops on it. When we returned to the front office, they were not pleased. They promptly changed us to a different room. The new room’s bedding was also had some yellowing stains. So we just did say anything as they don’t provide any refunds, So we ended up sleeping in our clothes to avoid inconveniencing. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious, and the parking area was well-lit.
