Econo Lodge Gallatin - Metro Nashville

The room was super basic. Bed, tv, standard table between the bed and a desk desk chair so dated that the entire chairs black lining was gone and worn. There was a fridge and microwave. The pillows were EXTREMELY THIN only 2 on each bed. The bed has a sheet and that thin topper. That's it.. I asked for more pillows and they said they had no more. Went back because we realized that there were no blankets.. I will say these were smoking rooms.. but.. all sheets.. pillow cases and blankets brought to us were full of cigarette burns... All.. on both beds in both rooms... There is NO BREAKFAST.. nothing.. only a coffee pot in the corner. In my 2 trips to the office I passed MANY VACANT ROOMS.. and not one looked like the photos in the advertisement. Super disappointed and mad that I got nothing advertised but had no alternative.. When I told the front desk about the burned sheets and stuff his comment was.. WELL.. Those are smoking rooms.. I looked at him like REALLY.. I asked if this is normal and he repeated that it was a smoking room.. I shook my head and left..

There was not any breakfast like shown in the photos on hotels.com. The bedding was a sheet and a very thin top blanket… decent place for a shower and a bed, which is all we needed it for.

I stayed here because it was close to my work. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, could use some renovation and friendlier staff

This property was very poorly advertised. The rooms were horribly small. They "appeared" clean due to a fresh paint job but it was fresh paint over old problems and it was obvious. This was supposed to be a pay when you arrive property, however they charged our credit card 6 weeks or more in advance. Because there were manrttoy kjjuhwas hazardous in our opinion because there were large metal beams and debris lying out in theû677 open blocking some of the parking space right up near the sidewalk. The room we had been given was right on a busy down town with such busy traffic where you could hear every thing! We tried talking to the person at the desk but they only tried to direct us to you. They said they couldn't help us basically. I need to file a claim to try and recoup some of our money as we ended up having to leave and pay for a 2nd hotel.

The room was affordable good for what we needed. The hotel was getting renovated so we couldn’t go to the pool. The room was clean, just outdated. I attempted to use the phone in the room and it did not work. The cover for the hair dryer fell off and the shower gel was near empty. I did alert the staff about the shower gel and they changed it right away. However, the dispenser for it didn't give much and was slow. Other than those few cosmetic things, the stay was decent.

The econo is an ok place to stay ..their prices bounce up and down all the time for weekly stays and they r renovating but one room I stayed in had mildew or mold, I'm not really sure I tried to get a new room but he said if I stayed in the room that I was in for 3 days through the weekend he would make me a good deal on the next purchase which I did pay for the weekend and stayed in that room, the last 2 days of being in that room I had started feeling sick and coughing and my chest wheezing a little nose was stopped up and couldnt stop sneezing or coughing I asked if they had spray and they said it's just bathroom cleaner so I went and got bleach and smell good because it was awful smellin..the guy upfront whom said that he would discount me he never did I wouldn't recommend anyone if u stay at the econo to get room 134 ..it's very gross and the beds were horrible.. the rooms they r redoing r supposed to be better rooms but that seemed like the only issue I had from that 5 day stay we got moved to a different room & some of the rooms the shower doesn't get warm at all the room is very inhumane I wouldn't even let others rent it if it was my hotel I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has felt this way ..I deserve a week free for as much as I have paid to stay here till I can find a house ..other than that it's a good hotel.. the air definitely works great 👍

Inconsistency in their deposit requirements. No soap or shampoo in the shower holders. People smoking pot and grilling in the parking lot. Floor and sheets were dirty, room chair was broken. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

It was good & comfortable. Also they are very nice at front desk! Would stay again

Not to mention black mold in the bathrooms and stains all over the walls. Would never recommend this was a horrible experience!

the room was spotless, bed and pillows were good and so was the bathroom linen’s. It was quiet and ok parking.

Room was clean, staff was nice. It was perfect for what we needed, which was a place to lay our head at night. The room was comfortable

The AC/heater in the room kept me quite toasty as I am not used to the cold in that part of the country. The room was very clean and updated, however new linens might be in order. I had blood stains on my sheets which I did not . I was expecting at least a continental breakfast as that is what the website shows I was extremely disappointed as I was looking for a hotel that did offer this due to my schedule in the morning. Also the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted in my entire life

Lady in office was rude, rooms were nasty.
