To make matters worse, they told us we would have to pay a $250 fee because we had a third cat stay with us for one night. Even if we paid that fee, they said we would only receive 50% of the cost of one night’s stay back—even though the room was uninhabitable due to the bed bugs. The pet fee situation was also handled poorly. When we checked in, I was upfront with the front desk about the number of cats we had. The employee only charged us for one cat, even though we had two during our stay. On the fourth night, when we did have a third cat, another employee charged us an additional $60 because the first employee had incorrectly processed the pet fees. We were honest from the beginning, so their mistake should not have been used against us. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Between the bed bug infestation, the lack of accountability, and the unfair refund policy, I would not recommend staying here. I expected much better customer service, especially when dealing with a serious issue that directly affected the safety and quality of our stay.

Room was very basic. No amenities. Double charged pet fee. Had to ask for correction. (Watch reciepts). Room was very musky with few stains on bedding. Air conditioner worked but not the greatest. No late checkout allowed unless you pay $25/$50 .Did not try breakfast, not sure they had it, was not told if so. Pool looked unused, not sure if it had water in it or not

Not much variety for breakfast. Chair in my room needs replaced with firmer. Cushion sunk down.

The Breakfast was only Waffle,Toast and Cereal some yougart and very little fruit ☹️

The mattress on the first bed, cloae to door, in room 122 needs replaced. Sinks in, in the back area. Have a major back ache from it. A warm breakfast would be a nice addition. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy for the money the room costs after 6 days.

It had no shower amenities just empty bottles on the wall, the fridge nor freezer worked, it was just very upsetting to pay that much for something that’s supposed to have those things provided an they don’t have them or they don’t work

They didn’t have right rooms so it took forever. After they came in our room to make beds we always smelled smoke. Very disgusting. The gentleman at the front desk did try hard.

It was clean Having to wait for staff at check in and the check in was very rushed after I called the number to get assistance

Fire alarm beeped continuously needed batteries changed

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The ice machine on the first floor was broken, had to go to the second floor in the far back corner to get ice. That’s the only problem I noticed.

Check in and out very efficient.

Price and location It was not that clean. The breakfast was basically cereal or a muffin. And there was a roach in my bathroom
