Hampton Inn Gallatin

Hotel was good and staff was nice so no real complaint there. Parking is an issue because there is limited spaces in front and the back parking lot along with sides does not have enough lighting. As a woman traveling by herself and having to park in a dark parking lot, that’s not safe.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a wad of hair in the drain of the shower. It was a ladies and it was long and black so yeah don’t care for that but because the room is in such great quality and very clean I took a piece of TP and wiped it out myself. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you.

I liked everything about this place! I have stayed here in the past and I always feel at home! Every staff member I came in contact with were friendly and professional. Special thanks to the front desk, just to mention a few; Colleen, Lisa and Norm were awesome (again as was every staff member)

Very good breakfast with healthy choices. Very clean and helpful staff.

Rooms were clean, but beds were rock hard and both our queen beds had bad box springs and bed bases and made awful noise at every toss or turn. The outdoor pool was nice and not busy so we were able to enjoy a lot out there and my kid loved it. Great location near lots of restaurants and stores too but the hotel sits back and is pretty quiet. Over all it was a nice stay but I definitely think investing in better beds would elevate the experience because a good nights sleep helps. :)

The room was nice however they have firm mattress and most people may like but it killed my back . The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel was clean . The breakfast was good and they had a good variety to choose from . I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

Very nice clean comfy stay

Overall, my stay was acceptable, and there were several aspects of the hotel that I appreciated. The room was clean, the lighting was sufficient, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. I also enjoyed the berry waffle option offered at breakfast. However, I wished there had been more fresh fruit choices available than just apples. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous, with the exception of the interactions described below. Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there were several issues that affected my experience. I was disappointed that the only fruit offered at breakfast was apples. A greater variety of fresh fruit would have been appreciated. I also felt uncomfortable when the housekeeping staff insisted that only one towel per person would be provided. The interaction made me feel as though there was an assumption that I might take extra towels or steal them, which was upsetting. On Tuesday night around 10:00 p.m., the front desk clerk appeared visibly annoyed that he had to leave the dining area, where he was watching television, to open the front doors for my family and I a few times. A few minutes later, at approximately 10:05 p.m., he came to the pool area and rather abruptly informed our group of four adult women that we had to leave immediately because the pool was closed. While I understand the importance of enforcing pool hours, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and could have been handled in a more courteous and customer-friendly manner. Additionally, I noticed several large roach-like insects in the shrubbery and wood chips near the front entrance. While I understand these may have been outdoor insects, seeing them near the entrance was concerning and detracted from the overall impression of the property. I hope this feedback is helpful and will be used to improve the guest experience. A friendlier approach to customer service, along with attention to these concerns, would make future stays much more enjoyable.

Everything was excellent but room had a strange smell.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The bed was horrible! Neither of us slept good at all. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but after the first night and the horrible bed, we decided to leave early. The elevators had a bad smell.
