I have stayed here many times. It’s always been a pleasure. No complaints.

We had a few issues with our room with the tub and issues with housekeeping not really fully cleaning the room or leaving things behind like toilet paper so we would have to call downstairs. Another issue was twice during our stay. The fire alarm system went off and it seemed to be some kind of issue because even the emergency phone would go off at times in the hallway so I definitely think that’s something they should look into if it wasn’t intentionally done .Another issue for us was that the on-site restaurant wasn’t always open for breakfast or dinner so that made things kind of hard when trying to plan but overall the staff was really friendly. The hotel was very clean and definitely would stay there again.

The shower was rusted and stained.....breakfast isn't included in room price. It's $14/per person for just the buffet which was horrible for $14!!!! They should include the buffet in the room price. It was powdered eggs, sausage links, powdered gravy, biscuits, apples, tiny yogurts, and breads.....you could pay more and order special items like pancakes and omelets, but the "special buffet" was just like any other hotel that offers free breakfast!!!! It was horribly priced! Also you have to give a credit card for incidentals which is not noted when booking the room. Without a credit card you cannot check in even if the room is already paid for!!!! Just so everyone knows that ahead of time. Employees were very nice and hotel was nice.....

Bradford at the front desk was very nice & helpful! Loved the warm cookies & coffee that was provided when we arrived! Our room was very clean & loved the Crabtree & Evelyn products in shower! Loved our stay, we will be back!

The room was clean, the price was good. There was a latte machine in the lobby with complimentary hot beverages and fresh cookies too.

Staff very helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will stay there every time we are in town and need a room.

No manager ever called. We were declined a room. They would not work with us for later arrivals. No one ever contacted us for concerns.
