Sleep Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

There was a wet, dirty towel in our shower. No clean ones at all, just hand towels. Breakfast was not great and I watched them just heat everything up in the microwave. It was disappointing all around. The girl who checked us in was very nice.

Room itself was fine for a few night stay but that's it. Breakfast is a joke. Don't have more than 1 or two people expecting to eat because that's all they maintain. There's a guy that walks through to check on the food, but he never puts enough out or freshens what's been sitting there forever. Multiple mornings? We found one small scoop of sausage, gravy left, tater tots that were rock hard and one or two biscuits left that were also hard. I was there for 3 nights. After the first night, someone did come and give us two new towels. But never made beds or anything like that. After the first night, the next 2 nights and days, no one ever came to our room. So we never again saw any fresh towels or anything else. We'll definitely more than likely book elsewhere next time in town.

Location was great for our needs

Not the best place we have ever stayed. Room smelled musty when we walked in. We cleaned the filters on the ac unit and put fabric softener sheets in them to help with the smell. The continental breakfast was lacking there was a little here and a little there, again I’ve definitely had better. I think it comes down to it that you get what you pay for. Will not be returning. I’ll spend the extra money next.

After 3 separate rooms having mold throughout the air conditioner unit in the rooms, I canceled my reservation and got a refund. Unfortunately the app won't let me upload photos!

It was close to our son’s college and it was a good price. The outside of the facilities was dirty. There was a Rubbermaid in the front filled with dirty rain water and boards leaned against the wall in the front. Our bathroom floor was not clean.

No hot water for showers. Complained to front desk and they were absolutely useless Most of time you couldn't find someone to help you.. I don't recommend this hotel.

The AC needs to be cleaned, it put out a bad smell in the room. Bought air purifier at Walmart to solve the problem.

an extra towel being put into the room would’ve been nice for three people staying instead of the two and the beds being made when they came to drop it off. The towel towels would’ve been great too, but other than that it was great.

It’s close to everything someone may need Tv didn’t work and took about 20 minutes to remedy. The elevator had what seemed to be like Cheetos crunched up all over the floor. Sounded like someone was doing construction next to my room at 8 am as it was loud and shook my room.

Terrible breakfast experience, a guest ate from serving pan with bare hands and server totally ignored me while waiting on sausage to be brought up. Other than that hotel staff was excellent and clean property.

Room and bathroom are both very clean and bigger than expected

Smelled like mildew in the room, one of the beds were not clean, luckily I was able to get on the other bed, didn't sleep good, because it felt dirty in the room

I asked to check in early about 1.5 hours early they didn't check just said I needed to wait. I asked for a receipt upon checking out and they couldn't print one. Other than that the hotel was clean and well kept. Great deal.

Staff was great, was clean, breakfast was excellent! They charged my card $50 extra above what tge room cost!

Everything was wonderful. We were on 2nd floor and had noisy overhead folks. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff went the extra mile for us with our accommodation. Thank you so much. Definitely stay there again.
