Mattresses were not too comfortable.

Location Was Older…..said was dog friendly but wanted fifty dollars extra for my dog.

Location. Continental breakfast.. staff. It was for me and my grandson. No-frills hotel at the time. Wonderful staff great breakfast awesome location.

Disappointing

Refrigerator broke, Refrigerator had bad rotten milk left, keys not working got lock out twice . Staff didn't help took to long had to ask 3 times fir help .never brought a new refrigerator

Friendly staff. I was not able to stay due to my room having mold including on the mattress. Mattress did not have a mattress cover. Room smelled of mold and I was glad I was able to trace it . Room looked nothing like pictured. All rooms were sold out , was not able to stay and was told sorry. I planned this trip months in advance. It worked out bc I was able to find another hotel and saved 100 dollars. Room was much bigger and very clean .

Breakfast I asked for a couple of things that were missing and it was never corrected, even after I called the front desk twice.

The location and staff were great. Ocean view was amazing. The room didn't have toilet paper, hand towels or wash clothes.

My room location, I had a beach ⛱️ Bien from balcony and love the atmosphere it felt that I was somewhere... Like a tropical country, I love the trees beautiful place! It rained on us but rain is a blessing ,I also just enjoy mother nature ❣️

Location Only one elevator was in service. Pool was not clean. Needs updates. Roo. Was very dated. Upchaege fue to holiday weekend

Rooms smelled musty. Door lock was broken on room and had to be fixed. Elevators rattled and were always dirty. No room service unless requested and even then we didnt get it and there were no clean towels available when we asked.

I liked how big the bed was and the ocean was right across from the hotel and other places were within good distance and for the most part the staff. A man banged on my door when i was sleeping like crazy just to ask me could he replace my curtains. I let him do it but like come on man i barely slept that day. Construction people were a little rude. There was a roach in my room i killed it the outer base of the tub was nasty I cleaned it up there were roaches outside the room dead and alive. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday but good.... the pool had a film in it and made my skin burn because of so much chlorine you could smell it as soon as you hit the water. There were people and a staff member smoking a cigarette on the premises. But they said something to another guest about smoking outside at the pool. The wait area when you walk In and the rooms had a weird smell I think because of all the new remodeling I had to spray a lot of perfume to make my room smell ok. There was a lot of drilling on the walls when I was there in both rooms next door to me.

The room was filthy! Very old and small. Does NOT look like the pictures represented online.

Best place for the money !
