We had to have maintenance come to our room because we have water coming from both ends one from the air conditioner and water from the shower all the way into our room. We had to put towels down so that we wouldn’t fall. That room shouldn’t be rented to anyone who is handicap y’all call it a handicap room and you rented it to us. If it hadn’t been a handicap person, they would have fallen on the floor and then y’all would have had a lawsuit because you rented the room to them there’s water coming too much water coming from both ends.

My stay there was not good at all. My room had got flooded, something about the AC around midnight and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night.

All good besides have some tiles missing.

The conscience of leaving the vehicle while cruising was so nice

All staff were polite and friendly. Common areas clean and well maintained. Pool was also very clean and lots of fun. I’ll likely stay here again

The room was clean but really needs an update. The electrical outlets near the sink were really dirty even the light switch in the restroom was dirty. The room had a slight humid smell. The location was great and walkable to the beach even with a grocery store next door. Overall it worked for us since it was a last minute trip

Brandi, front desk, was very kind & very helpful in extending my stay. Hotel is right in front of beach.

My card was charged twice and had to wait for payback. The room was not facing the pool were i booked. The room still smelled like wet animal. The filter in the ac needed to be changed. The bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpfu.Wonderful location near good restaurants and beach area⛱️ Beds so comfortable good hot water and great A/C The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The young lady Roxanna worked in breakfast area was Awesome! She made sure area was nice and tidy plus she kept everything together. I will be back again soon ♥️ Everything was Great! No complaints
