Everything was good but the shower valve was broken and we where not able to take a shower other then that it was good
-
They didn’t have the room ready and when it was ready it had period blood on the floor .

Everything was good. Free breakfast was great, the room rate for the week was amazing, and the AC in the room was perfect. The only thing I would complain about is the pets that are allowed. I have nothing against dogs but when the people next to us have a big dog that starts barking at 6am...thats annoying!

Everything was perfect, we had a great stay

Please return my rest of the money It's been already 4 days I have checked out.

It was an older facility that could use some modernization. The rooms were small. We had the 2 queen bed partial ocean view. We had 2 adults and 3 kids aged 2,4,8. We were literally stepping on top of each other. The view was stated correctly, but what was not mentioned is that you also have a full view of Kroger parking lot. also not mentioned, unless I missed it, this was a motel setup, where all room door opened to the outside, not an interior hallway.

There were good and bad things about the hotel. I will start with the good, its proximity to the beach is great, the water pressure for shower and toilet were awesome and the A/C was cold. The free breakfast was good. Now for the not so good stuff. The hotel overall needs to be updated, pictures on the website are deceptive. The elevators were very hot, didn’t always work and the morning we left had vomit in the corner. The room was so far away from the front of the building it took us like 10 minutes to get there. The room itself was ok, but it smelled very old and mildewy. The A/C vents were dirty and the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned really well. The bathroom vent never went off even with the switch off. The towel rack fell off the wall, we had to put it back on. The pool area was over grown and needed work. At least I saw someone cleaning the pool one morning. They had maintenance painting the walkways in the outside walkways in the middle of the day with everyone coming and going. Will not recommend to anyone.

The room smelled bad. The floors were very moist. The restroom didn’t work didn’t get room service.

First, the staff was wonderful and helpful and

The pool is kind of small and the entrance to your room door is outside, so it’s a motel style not hotel style. Bed are comfortable enough and literally walking distance to beach. Breakfast was good.

Great Staff and breakfast 👌

Great location, nice room and employees. Breakfast ran out of eggs by 8:30 :(

The room was disgusting, the bathroom was moldy and the beds had hair in them. We canceled and as we were there were multiple other people trying to get refunds or cancel their stay. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, did not apologize for the inconvenience or even ask how he could make it right, he had a bad attitude about the situation. Our experience was very unpleasant.

The good: hotel is in a great location, and it’s priced well for free breakfast and free parking. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. The bad: there was mold around the windows and the bathroom in our room, which is obviously gross. We went to the pool, most of the chairs are broken, the pool is kinda dirty and a family had a giant speaker and was just blasting music. And I don’t mean it was a little loud, I mean it was unbearably obnoxious. I am quite surprised guests didn’t complain about it (or maybe they did) as it faces many rooms. Breakfast was meh. They have a lot of offerings, but as our 5 year old said, that sausage doesn’t look like you should eat it.

The room was clean.

We got locked INSIDE of our room twice and had to call the front desk for help. Our key stopped working 3 times, and we had to get replacement keys. Everything was damp, although I know that happens near the beach. There wasn’t much equipment in the gym and it was too hot in there. My socks were filthy from walking around the hotel room. Hated the layout - the only window you have is on the walkway where everyone walks by, so guests can see right into your room. Breakfast was pretty good. We didn’t swim in the pool.

The property is old and needs to be redone

2. Location amazing 3. Breakfast was good. It gets packed and the ladies kept it restocked constantly. 4. The rooms weren't cleaned well at all. When we went to check in a lady was complaining about her room not being cleaned and another lady was asking for a return for the same reason. I was hopeful that our would be just fine. But when we got in the room it looked like the cleaning crew just put fresh towels in there and made the beds. I pray to God it was fresh sheets. There was still a lot of hair on shower wall and a used bar of soap. Just looked like everything needs to be wiped down better and more thoroughly. There was crumbs on the floor through out the room. 5. I needed more towel and the guy gave me more and was friendly 6. I seen the ground crew working hard through out the day and it was very clean around the building and looks nice. It has potential to be a really great place at a very affordable rate. Just seems like they need to do some extra training with the room cleaning crew. I didn't feel the need to complain to the people working there. It's a older facility and seems like there trying. I was to tired to fight with them. Our trip was 2 nights for my sons birthday.

The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is kind, informative, and go out of their way for their guests.
