Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms

Good nights rest for the price.

This was an excellent last minute hotel choice for my child and I. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony, only minutes to walk there, great location! Sits right in the middle of two major retail stores and directly across from the beach! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, front desk staff were very kind! Don’t pass this hotel up! You won’t be disappointed!

La camera era ben tenuta e pulita, anche la pulizia del giorno dopo e' stata accurata. Lo staff e' sempre stato molto disponibile e cortese. La colazione ricca e ben assortita. La vista della spiaggia concreta e come da descrizione. Anche il fatto che sia dovuto ripartire il giorno dopo per problemi personali, e' stato gestito con efficienza dallo staff dell'albergo. Great place to stay right on the beach. We stayed here for one night and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly as well.

Bathroom door wouldn't close- no stopper for the tub.

Ac was stuck on freezing cold. But overall it was a great experience will be coming back.

I would have been more forgiving if staff seemed to care, but at check out, the lady stood there and didn’t say a word to me or ask how our stay was after I handed her my door cards. I finally asked if that’s all I needed to do or if there was anything else needed and she said “that’s it, you can go”. The experience wasn’t negative enough to make a formal complaint, just enough to be an annoyance and make me consider other options for my next stay.

The rooms were clean and stocked with shampoos, soap. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit basic. We went out most mornings. The beach view from our balcony was great. Most days we walked across the street to the beach. If we went to a beach further, the drive was less than 15 minutes. Upon check in we had to wait until almost 5:30. This was unacceptable. If they knew they had 91 check outs as we were told, they should have had extra help to clean the rooms. We weren’t offered our 2.5 hours added to check out time. I suppose being by the water and being so humid, the whole building smelled a little moldy, musty. Plenty of free parking was a great perk. The elevators were horrible. Averaged a 7 minute wait/ride each time. Only 1 ice machine in the building on the 1st floor. Overall, it was a good stay with the 4 grandkids. We wished we had gotten at least 1 set of connecting rooms. Requested several times, but didn’t succeed.

Looking forward to coming back this month. We will always stay there.

The staff was good they gave me another room right away and it was good, the room was a queen single, VERY SMALL ROOM

They have a swimming pool on ground floor. It was okay, very secluded. But if you want hot tub or sunlight pool, go next door to that hotel. And pool was dirty. We didnot use next door pool.

I plan to return.

We came around 4pm @ the hotel , there's no room available and the room is not ready until past 5:30pm
