Good beach view- Several restaurants in walking distance- Breakfast was good TV kept losing signal- Pool floor should have been dried when not occupied. Housekeeper agreed several times that our room would be cleaned- Never cleaned when we returned

This was awful, didn't realize there was no self parking for customers or people who pay to stay over....no parking lots....have to find parking somewhere else...this was ridiculous! Don't want to expose our luggage and bags around the blocks even down the street!!!! Never kbow when we get rob, kidnap, etc.....the hotel needs to upgrade where they have their own parking lots. The omly was available is Valet, I don't trust other people with our cars. Still I had to pay to cancel this was also awful...there was no exception this really piss me and my husband off!!!!! I loved the location and the staff was very nice and welcoming. 2 of the 3 ice machines had problems. Seem to be a towel shortage. Never got a full set.

Our room was very clean, I like that you have flooring and no carpeting, everything in the room seemed to be very clean. The bathroom was very clean no bugs I woke in the middle of the night and there was no bugs lol, I always noticed that, the staff was very nice when I asked several questions and I needed a blanket and extra towels, I will surely be staying here again, very convenient location across the street from the beach.

Location, staff was friendly and welcoming, and beds were great Our safe was broken and not replaced, they did let me put stuff in the main safe, but I thought it should have been repaced by the 2nd day, it would have been more convenient to have our stuff in our room The shower surround wall was loose and looked like it was seperating from the wall The peep hole had toilet paper shoved in it, Upon arrival the toilet wouldnt flush and the seat was broken off, they sent maintenance to repair, he did replace the seat, but it still took 3x flushing to even flush urine down. We gave up and just flushed 3x each bathroom visit. On check in we were told that 50.00 a day would be held for incidentals and as security for the property. I don't think we could have done more damage to the room than was already present on arrival.

Staff were great. Bed was way too soft and sounded broken. The shower curtain look like it had some black paint or grease stained on it. A/C was hard to operate and had wires hanging out of it. Otherwise the hotel and room were good. Great location. Shower/tub was a little dangerous and should probably have a grab bar.

The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable! Anytime I needed anything I called n they helped me. Not many breakfast options to choose from.

The upgrade on the hotel is good
