Very nice condo. Fully outfitted and clean. Nice view from the balcony. Easy access in and out. The seawall and beach is accross the street. Security on site. The pool is plenty big.

We walked in to our condo to adorable decor and steel drum music playing in the main living area and a wave sound machine in the bedroom. It was so lovely. Lots of movies, kids books, games and tons of beach toys. Plus the little things like aloe gel and sunscreen. We have a lovely note from our “housekeeper” (how she described herself) but I would call her a care attendant. She made sure we had plenty of towels and toilet paper and even restocked the freezer with popsicles. What a treat! She was so sweet to check on us and make sure we had all we needed. This was a really lovely stay. Can see the beach from your balcony. Never had trouble parking in the lot- it was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. The gulf was just across the road and there were grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance which was really convenient.

The little vacation rental we stayed in was super cute. Perfect for a couple or family of four. It was definitely a bit crowded for us. Plenty of dishes, towels, beach essentials, games, bedding. The balcony looked out to the Gulf (yes, there is a street between the hotel and beach), and it was a beautiful view. We walked to the beach and some stores nearby. Parking was $21.65, but we got a great spot with hardly any walk to the stairs. We never ran out of hot water or clean towels for the shower. I would recommend this room for sure.

I liked it. Only thing I can complaine about is there was people smoking weed on the balcony in condo next to us.

Perfect! Everything! Love the view, the design of rooms, my daughter was so excited about octopus ( toy) and board games. More amenities that you expected and a good location of course, nice beach spot comparing with other spots. Thank you.

The property of Casa Del Mar was wonderful, and onsite staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. However, before booking, it is advisable to do some research and read reviews from previous guests of each unit/condo you may be considering. Most are owned and maintained by private individuals, resulting in different levels of quality, comfort, cleanliness, and modernity. Overall, Casa Del Mar is excellent - our family has stayed there several times, and will definitely book again in the future!

Please read entire review. Condo was neat and clean. Many items missing (only 2 plates, etc) - I guess it is privately owned and cleaning crew doesn't communicate about missing items. Only mention this b/c we chose here b/c of kitchen and the necessity of cooking. Bunk beds should only be slept in by children - not truly a twin size bed - highly uncomfortable. Not enough paper products (paper towels / toilet paper for the days that we booked). That's the bad part. BUT... right on the beach, bed, sofa-bed, and air mattress really comfortable. Pictures in listing are very accurate. Home touches - books and movies (DVD's) available including children's movies. Shower is great. Loved having a code instead of a key - can go to beach without worrying about hotel key. LOTS of towels, beach towels in closet, beach mats and ice box on balcony for guests use. More like staying at friend's house than hotel which was awesome.

Loved the decor. It was very quiet and quaint. Comfortable. Loved that when we walked in to our room, Caribbean music was left playing and the room was nice and cool. Enjoyed the popcorn for a snack. Would definitely return!
