It was a great place to stay, right by the Seawall
-
Affordability and proximity are the 2 biggest positives.
-
WiFi would not connect, tv service was hardly working, Says it offered free breakfast but all you get is a snack cake and apple juice or coffee The shower curtain rod was broke cause the curtain not to stay closed, The toilet was leaking, the refrigerator was frozen so it wasn’t keeping anything cold, The phone in the room was not working
-
No towels roaches ants mold... do not recommend
-
Disgusting that place was unkept smelled like mole and had a reptile in our room
-
Parking was easy and walking distance to beach access from the room was the best part. Room was subpar as it is a basic room with no real amenities on property. Ice machine was great to have.
-
The building is terrible, old and unkempt. The location is great but that was all. They advertise breakfast, it was coffee, tea and pastries that you can get from a convenient store. There was no juice or even water. For the price they can do a lot better. My daughter and her husband found a lizard in their room.

No internet by room I had to walk to the office to obtain signal also parking was an issue.

Very old

Every year that I would go to Galveston that’s a place I would always like to stay they’ve updated the rooms but for some reason it was just so horrible experience I’m very allergic to smoke and I don’t know if it’s the room or the smoke that people smoke around the area but I had the worst nights there I left early with a very bad sore throat AGI just feeling horrible it’s really sad because it’s a really nice spot but I felt really nasty this time around

No hot water for shower. The shower would maybe get up to room temp. Very landlord-special looking room, dont let the pics online fool you. However, the front desk man was very kind and the Ac in the room stayed very cool.
-
No breakfast as advertised. Chain on our door was broken. When we arrived there was no place to park.
-
Our room was very clean. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and courteous. I would stay here again.
-
The staff I did meet was friendly we walked in the room and instantly agreed that we would not stay. The two rooms were very filthy. There was stuff in the toilet the walls were dirty the ac filters were disgusting. I went to the office and requested a refund and they gave me no problem refunding the full amount for both rooms. This hotel definitely needs some updating and a new cleaning crew.

Has parking. The room was clean.

Air conditioning and parking ok. But horrible place to stay!

We arrived at 12pm and asked if we could leave our vehicle while my family and I went to the beach, the guy said he would call when the room was ready but he never did. We were at the beach until 4:30 and wanted to check in but the guy left and said he won’t be back till 5pm. A lot of other upset guest wanting to check in and couldn’t. We were tired and needed to shower. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work and I kept smelling electrical burn.
-
The staff were very pleasant but the hotel was horrible. Very dirty on the outside and other customers kept interrupting when we were checking in, not the hotel’s fault. Honestly, we felt unsafe here.
-
It was the most affordable place to stay unfortunately it was probably the lowest grade hotel. I’ve stayed in in a long time.. the staff was friendly and helpful if you’re on a tight budget, it works

This hotel was a disappointment. The room was so small and cramped, couldn’t walk comfortable, the bathroom was small and outdated, there was rust in the bathtub, the shower curtain had mold. MOLD on the base wall along the wall behind the bed. Floor was cracked open and damaged…. it was not clean at all. Felt uncomfortable and dirty.
