Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breaksfast was very good.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. The beds were soft. I would have ranked higher, but one of the rooms we had the AC was not working. The staff tried to accommodate, which we are thankful. Summer heat in Houston without cool air, oh boy.

Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30.

The elevators were broken and we had a rough experience due to that. Bringing small children was a bad experience

Was not real pleased. Had an odor. One of the elevators didn’t work. Long time wait for it to go up and down. Bathroom didn’t have tub. Just not real pleased this time. Breakfast was good though.

The rooms were clean. The staff were nice and helpful. There was a great view from the balcony .The only negative would be the elevators. One elevator was broken and the other one was slow. The parking garage elevator was removed completely.

Great place to stay for good price.

The location was great and I appreciated the parking garage. Unfortunately one elevator was broken so there was always a long line. At 5:30 p,m. my room was still not ready. Once we got the room I was happy with the cleanliness and it did feel very safe. The front desk charged me for my room at check-in even though I had paid at booking so that had to be resolved later. Overall I was left with a mixed feeling of the hotel.

Staff was great room was clean. The only real thing was there is no ac in the halls or elevator and they have industrial fans on the end of each side of the hallways so all you hear all night is the noise from the fans. If you’re a light sleeper like I am bring ear plugs. Other than the facilities issues everything was great.

Elevators need to be fixed

We were very happy with our stay. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and close to pleasure pier. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was excellent. We asked to change rooms to have a better view and they had no problem accommodating us. We were happy with the breakfast, the size of the room and the pool. Would highly recommend staying here.

Horrible customer service, Sarah was extremely rude and not helpful, no hot water, only one working elevator, they require you to pay for parking to park in a garage a block away that has no working elevator

Worst holiday inn I've ever been to. My mom is sick or we would have moved after the first night There is never any parking, except on the 3rd floor of a parking garage that you have pay extra to park in that doesn't have a working elevator that’s a block away. Only 1 working elevator in the entire hotel so you have to wait forever. By the time it gets to you it’s usually full and mostly with staff. Hard to take the stairs from the 6th floor with a handicapped person. The hall way is hot with loud fans, no ac. we had no hott water untill the morning of check out , never received any sort of room cleaning, no fresh towels or anything after 3 days. Sarah was extremely rude and messed up our check in and demanded I come down to repay the $100 hold after they accidentally refunded it too soon. . I asked her multiple times about the hott water and towels and never one time did she reply to the message. I also called and she said she would send someone but never did. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Hotel was excellent. A/C was a little noisy. Rooms have a great view of the pier and the beach. Hotel in about a 10 minute walk from the pier. Lots of bars and food establishments within a couple minutes walk. The beach is right across the street.

Our room was clean and the Staff was very nice. The view to the ocean was great but the sea birds was annoying so we really didn't enjoyed the balcony plus the weather also didn't cooperated. The breakfast was very nice. The kitchen crew greated you with a smile and Daniela made sure of it that we had what we need. Thank you ( those people need to be treated with respect too)
