Red Roof Inn Plus Galveston - Beachfront

The staff was very friendly, engaging, and helpful. The AC kept the room very cool but was a little noisy at times. Washer and dryer worked but we didn’t use it.

More thorough cleaning would make the stay a little more comfortable…countertop was smelly, appliances were filthy and the whole bathroom wreaked of bodily odor. But the Manager was very professional

Very pricey for poor quality not enough parking spaces

The room was excellent, and the property is well maintained. I even had the pleasure of meeting the lady with the lovely plants and herbs—what a blessing! The manager is a truly fine person, very caring and helpful. We greatly appreciate the kindness and support. Our stay was very pleasant, and we recommend this property 100%. We will definitely be back. Thank you!"

Great place, super clean room nearby all the attractions. Only issue was the pool was pretty small and not so clean. This is an inn not a hotel so don’t expect hotel accommodations or free breakfast. I would come back again to this place as my family and I enjoyed it.

Mold all over the bathroom. Place was nasty and we ended up cancelling the room upon arrival.

This place is trash. Mold all over the bathroom. Huge gap under the door to let all the critters in. Floors were disgusting. DONOTSTAYHERE!!

Staff wS horrible, mainly the manager. The people above us were just inconsiderate and had no common courtesy. I told the manager about this, and he called them to let them know and they seemed to get worse. And just continue on every night until 8:30 or 9 o'clock, I called the manager again and he said there was nothing. He could do. He couldn't tell them to be quiet. Which that's not what I wanted, but at least tell them to not let the kids jump off the bed, and bang and furniture around. We ended up leaving a day early.Because we couldn't take the noise anymore.It was day and night, and it was ridiculous.

Best stay i have found in Galveston. The hotel is so clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay again.

The room was nasty. The bathroom had so much dust on the baseboards. The bathtub was nasty. There were fake eyelashes on the floor. The bed had hair in it. Under the door there was at least a one inch gap that I had to stuff a towel under. I felt terrible so all I wanted to do was sleep so I didn’t even tell the staff because it wasn’t worth the trouble.

Just wonderful

Average hotel, reasonable rates. A couple of spots unclean on table tops. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff.

We will come back again.

I will surely stay with them again.
