I think your shower could use an upgrade. I am 86 years old and could use a seat when I shower, or at least a grab bar that isn't practically under the shower head, or on the door that will open when you grab it.

I had to leave my 4th floor room, go all the way to the front desk to get the ice bucket. No top so it was useless. When morning finally came, my wife steps out of bed into a large puddle of cold water that had drained from the AC unit. The front desk did offer to send maintenance, but we were checking out, so they said it would be checked. It just wasn’t what someone expects for the price and experience expected at a Hilton property

Room was clean but very small. The bathroom was really small and no closet or extra pillows or blankets. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

First, the hotel was over booked, did not get the room reserved, refused to up grade to the room reserved for the 2nd night stay. Being prepaid through Expedia, they said my only recourse was with expedia.

The breakfast buffet was out of this world!
