I didn't notice it being a pretty friendly place when booking. My room smelled totally like a dog was in there. I didn't like that at all.

Thank you for a great stay.

Limpieza exelente
-
Great area, nice place, but the bed and pillows were horrible. Bed was not comfortable, pillows gave no support to my head and neck. So bring your own lol.
-
The breakfast, the staff and cleanliness The pillows were awful and one elevator was not working
-
The room/bathroom could have been cleaned better. The one out of two elevators was not working.
-
Nice view from the balcony and right across the street from the beach. But a nothing special facility. Extra deposit and had to pay for parking that was not described on website or in plain view on website.

Superb

Nice, clean and perfectly located! The elevator wait time was long.

Construction workers woke us up at 8 AM the day of checkouts. We were sleeping in and we got awoke to the banging noise in the room next to us. The banging kept on till we checked out of the hotel. I called the front desk and spoke to the manager for a possible refund or a comp, and she said she could not do that if I would have known this, I would’ve gone to another hotel and booked another hotel instead of this one. The manager should be fired.
