Pool staff was inattentive, super slow… pool only had a total of 5 to 6 people and I had to go to the bar inside several time just to order a drink, retrieve a drink, ask for my tab to be ended and also to pay my tab. Terrible service …. I been going to this motel once or twice every year and the service has NEVER improved.. countless complaint but never once improved .. the bar is the same … I pay $8 for amenities I can’t even enjoy because of poor service and then still pay an extra $15 a day for parking is that not an amenity? Insane …. I just can’t better service … that is.. it’s vaca.. should’ve stress over service for amount of $$$$ it is

Great view of the beach. The staff were welcoming and helpful with questions. The description of beach access meant walking across the seawall to get to the beach. Probably best to walk the 1/2 block to a traffic light to cross the seawall street safely.

Nothing I requested to pay at the property, and they ran my card anyway, I informed them that I wanted to cancel and since they ran my card the manager stated I would be charged a cancellation fee at )$332. Had no choice but to stay. and when I got to the location they wanted to charge another $100 fee. Granted the lady was new but she was rude as I was letting her know they charged me already. The Hotel is not on the beach it’s was across the street! The room that was selected was in the back of the hotel, unable to sit on the patio because the door was jammed, and the view was air ventilators and birds. The AC was not the best also. However they do have a bar lounge and the staff was nice, most of the staff was nice.

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Good variety to choose from. Very friendly staff. Very good location. Our room could have been a little cooler at night.

I liked the view from our balcony did not like having to pay sixty dollars to check in early my husband had knee surgery and has trouble walking. I need a cool place for him to rest
