After receiving our frozen cocktails, we waited 25 min for staff to return to close out the tab at the swim up bar. We actually wanted to purchase another drink but to no avail. It would have been nice to have the TV on while we were waiting.

The hotel was very clean, pool area was very nice. Great location. The hotel was overpriced. No extra amenities for the price. No free breakfast and to pay an extra $25 to park your own vehicle on the property was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. We almost left.We liked the hotel but you lost us as a guest.Never again! Horrible guest services!!

Ethan at the bar and Cindy at the front desk were two employees I encountered, and they were excellent. Always feels good when an employee cares and doesn't make you feel like you're an interruption or just another number.
