$5 for a candy bar, $5 for a small bag of chips. Front desk crew was awful. Everyone else on staff was wonderful. $25 per day just to park and you’re not even guaranteed a spot on the property. Room was great. Bed was comfortable. We had a multi day stay and decided we wanted to leave one day early and they would not, did not refund our final day. Front desk crew was blunt, business like and without compassion. There are other choices in the area that are comparable so we will stay there next time we are in town. I like Hilton and we stay at many of them and I’ve NEVER had a signal problem from any of them. But I didn’t like the way I was treated at this one. Property was well kept, clean. Housekeeping was top notch.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the swim‑up bar. One thing to note: the second elevator didn’t open on the 4th floor. We were stuck briefly and later learned the door doesn’t always open there.

Stayed for Fourth of July weekend and the beach view was everything at night time absolutely loved it had a great little family getaway

The pool was not clean. My daughter and granddaughter were itchy the entire night. Even after two showers. All the extra costs were ridiculous. After spending almost 500 dollars a nigh, the required extra for parking (not valet) for a parking lot that was filled to the brim.

Nice place to stay

Room was very clean, staff are very helpful

Hotel was clean. Room smelled bad. But I travel with cleaning items and spray and got it to go away.

The smell in the rooms is the only problem. It's pretty rough. We had two different rooms on two different floor, both smelled like mold. Everything else, 5 star.

Enjoyed the swim up bar, the young lady that waited on us was amazing. The rooms were nice and all of the staff were friendly. The two negatives I give it were maintenance related. Paint on doors was flaking off and the elevator kept getting stuck and sounded like they were about to crash.

The hotel is nice, but I will say quite noisy with vacuuming at 9 PM at night and a lot of banging around by the staff. The sound proofing of the rooms is not good. The parking was $27 per night for outdoor uncovered parking. Proximity to beach and restaurants was good. The staff was friendly. The pool was a lot smaller than what the pictures portray.

The cleaning staff was fantastic, loved my beach view and the pool was nice!

Me gustó mucho

That the beach was across the street The hotel is overpriced I felt like I could have went down the street to the Holiday Inn Express and they would have served me breakfast as well

I enjoyed the view and location.

Pool is great

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was nice, and the amenities met my expectations. Unfortunately, the staff was the biggest disappointment. They were not very welcoming or helpful, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. While I enjoyed the hotel overall, I hope management focuses on improving the guest experience through better staff training. With friendlier service, this would have been an excellent stay.

Great place to stay with family

The location is nice, the food is amazing and the staff is awesome The elevators hadn't been inspected in over a year and you could tell, the whole parking is overly expensive especially since the parking is always full and you have to literally search for a parking spot. The way you get charged is also horrible

Overall we had a good time. We had gone the year before and loved it so we decided to go again. There was some things that caused our stay to not be as great. Only one elevator was working which caused for long wait times which was inconvenient. I wasn’t told about parking which was a little annoying. Maybe it was written somewhere but just know you will be paying $28 a night for parking. Also they were very hard to get ahold of after the fact. I left something in the room after check out which I take full responsibility for but when trying to contact them I was left on hold for 15 minutes and then after that declined every other time I tried to reach out. Finally emailed them and was told my message was forwarded to the Lost and found department (Housekeeping) & have not heard back from them. Overall I do like the place, I just won’t be back because of these inconveniences and for the price of this place I think other places on the island would be just as good of choices.
