Nice pool area Needs a better bar and restaurant layout. There was too many people around as there was some religious conference going on. Also very different mix of clientele. Don’t appreciate the id - credit card policy.

Omg what fun this hotel is! We stay once a year and it never disappoints!!! The restaurants and bars are amazing and fun and the swim up bar and pool are always our favorite! I highly recommend and will always return! They are so kind and helpful. From check in to check out!

The beds are horrible for the price you pay for the stay. Some of the lights didn't work and we left a note but nothing was done.

Staff was rude, the outdoor pool bar was horribly packed with loud drunk people who kept getting served alcohol even though they were intoxicated. The room service took way too long and the room was just not clean as expected.
