The bathroom was filthy. Underneath the toilet seat was coated in urine and unidentifiables. The sink had not been wiped down and was covered with a thick layer of unidentifiables. The shower had a filthy mat in it and water constantly dripping. The refrigerator was full of mold and had not been emptied. The AC unit cooled well but something in it triggered bad allergies for me. The mattress was terrible. It was lumpy and one side was quite a bit higher than the other. We took turns switching sides and trying not to roll into the other person. I paid $20 deposit and $20 for parking. It had to be cash. When my husband went to check out he asked for the $20 back and was told twice that the $20 was for parking. I went in to remind them of the additional $20 deposit and was then given my money back.

Nothing Unsafe

It was unsanitary, visable stains on the bed sheets and pillow, hasnt been properly cleaned who knows how long. There are visable damage on the ceilings and walls. Terrible cover up with paint and masking tape to cover up potential water damage and visable water damage on one of the doors

Nothing. No one checked us in and no one answered phone or email. They kept my money no refunded Everything. Especially keeping my money and didn't even get to stay there as no one answered the office door or phone calls or emails.

Showed up to an empty office, never entered the facility, called, no answer, left a message. Received a call back approximately 4 hours later, stated I was no longer on the island as I had no place to stay. Was told I could not get a refund.

The room was so insanely hot out, dirty, and had blankets over the windows instead of curtains. Way overpriced for what it was and only had a window unit to cool the whole place which didn’t help at all. It was gross and hot and we couldn’t even stay there we had to pay for a whole other hotel. We are from tulsa and have stayed in our fair share of cheap hotels but this was the worst I’ve ever seen.
