The outside area was lit but was very littered the doors weren’t locked Checked in around midnight the office doors were locked and hard to hear the lady through the “window” to know where I was to go / what building They aren’t very well marked to know where Main floor smelled awful in the 3/4 building upstairs was a bit better Breakfast was toast muffins and cereal with coffee Wouldn’t stay again but it was late and I was tired

My sister and I stayed two nights. Each night, we found German roaches in our room. The room was not swept and the staff member at the front office said she could not help. Other customers were complaining about the same issues in the front office. The staff member kept shrugging her shoulder and said that is the way it was. I will never return to this location.

Terrible costumer service broken glass in hallways and sidewalks. Smells like weed. Bugs mold in shower. Plan on waiting 30 minutes after you ask for towels after not getting room service for three days
-
The ice machine was broken and the breakfast was meger. Got woken up at 830am for a garbage check for the room on the first night of a two night stay. Very weird and rude.
-
It's more like a rats motel. I cleaned myself. Water ran all over the puffed up floors from the AC unit. Don't stay here.

The place is sooo rundown and not maintained. Don't be fooled like I was. The pictures on the internet are from when the place was brand new. Now its so old. There were holes in the walls, the ceiling was peeling. Our bed was broken so we requested for a refund but the staff was very sorry about it and offered to give us another room. They advertise that it's non-smoking but every single part of the hotel smells like you're the one smoking. The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear a whole conversation of people standing in the hallway. Our door handle looked like it could easily be kicked down. There was a nice surprise though. All rooms have a stove if you want to cook. Staff was friendly though and location was close to downtown which I was happy about.

Roaches found in drawers, microwave, and a/c unit. Asked staff for towels and was told they were “out”. Manager said only housekeeping can get towels, how does that work? Better than sleeping in my car worse than literally any other econolodge I’ve been to. If the location wasn’t as convenient as it was for my commute to Savannah for the weekend a 1 star would be generous.

I reserved a queen bed and got 2 full. The picture looked way better than the actual property. The pool was not functional. The location is far from ideal for what we had planned. Price wise it was our budget but it was a drive everywhere and because of the distance from everything I wound up paying more for parking than I did for stuff us to enjoy our vacation.
-
The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was convenient. Unlike the last time we booked this location, our room wasn’t very clean. We saw critters and had to kill them and our bathroom was not clean.
-
Its was better than most at that price
-
It was a bed to sleep on.
-
It was a great room. Big and spacious. Basic free breakfast of cereal and bagels. The location was questionable. I was not aware how far outside Savannah it was. There were people sitting outside hanging out and smoking that made me a little uncomfortable. But we were only passing through so it ended up being OK.
-
It was in a convenient location. It was dirty. Someone’s dirty underwear was on the floor in the hallway when we arrived.
-
People up stairs kept stomping back in forth in the middle of the night. House keeping bust in the room 8 a.m before check out time
-
Price and location Room unclean. Roaches and dirty walls
-
Our food was locked inside of the microwave and they told us to pry it open. Our bathroom light had water dripping out of it. When we told him about it, the maintenance guy said to change the room but we were tired already from driving a long way and did not want to go through that, especially because it was raining. Other than that it was a quiet place to sleep and there was no noise or other problems
-
Roach infested room. We have used this location on numerous occasions and even though it’s a little old we got put in a room that was poorly maintained and roach infested. We were shocked at the appearance and the amount of bugs in the room. Staff didn’t seemed concerned when we reported it.

Clean room, welcoming staff, very affordable. Right next to a Walgreens which was really nice.

A few minutes away to Riverwalk area. 8 minutes away from Amtrak train station. Walgreens at property,Waffle house walking distance, gas stations and family dollar. And for a good breakfast just a 3 minute drive, you will find a Sunny side up diner. Very good! First, it’s an extended stay. It didn’t say that in the booking description. I believe they have the extended stay guests on the other building section. Breakfast. Not even a decent continental breakfast. You will need to go out and have a good hot breakfast to start your day. Just one kind of cereal that was sitting there since the night I arrived. Two or three bagels, coffee and something else but I can’t remember because I wanted to get out of there running right away. Mind you that this was at 6:00am. *The room was clean and it smell pretty decent compared to the hallway. No carpet in the room☺️Only the shower needed some tile cleaning and bathroom door needs cleaning too. In the hallway once you walk in, you can feel the bad smell of humidity of the place. I truly suggest they should get those carpets out and put tile or the same flooring they have in the rooms and it will fix the problem of welcoming bad smell when you walk in.

Absolutely nothing. The property was awful. It had a horrible odor and we had to get two rooms. First room was located on a side where it looked like there was prostitution and smelled like nothing but weed. Second room had a horrible smell. The entire hotel made us uncomfortable and we left and got a different hotel in a better location. Staff was aware of the hotel situation and refund money.
