The moning staff - Anil, went above and beyond. Our first time visiting and place to rest made part of our beautiful story. It was a quiet environment,the free breakfast gave us just the right options. Thank you to an amazing team! The cleaniless at specific spots. A staff could check breakfadt area to clear any mess by clients immediately.

The lack of wanted to handle the problem is the main problem that I had. I did not feel that they wanted to address the issue at all and that is the part that concerns me the most. I am still reviewing my belongings that were left in the room for theft, but I was glad that I did not have anything too valuable left in the room. I opened a case with corporate to address the issue that the location did not want to address.

Our room was clean. The outside of the building wad not clean. The mattress was hard. The towels were rough. The water pressure in the shower was extremely slow.

The staff were very nice. The room was pretty big. Free parking/shuttle to the city. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve been at. Breakfast was very very basic. The hotel is about 15 minutes driving from the old town.

Have cockroaches in room and one night at 2 am one person entered in the room while I was asleep. Reported but staff seems not ready to listen, Bad customer service.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast ends a bit early though.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and friendly. It had everything I needed for my stay, and the location was convenient with a good distance to downtown. The hotel shuttle was also a great plus. The coffee maker in the room was a bit outdated and not very clean. Breakfast options were limited, and the hallways had a slightly off smell.
