The location is the better location. The expectation is that a customer will book weeks to months at a time instead of taking advantage of daily and business premium rates for multiple stays. Besides the poor booking quality for corporate members who will need to extend stays, the locations is the most ideal for contractors on the GA ports. It’s a “old timer feel” to the hotel, great grill and outside cooking area. The location really gets all the business. There is no such free breakfast or breakfast offered at all, they really need to take that false advertisement down, this hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast or free service. I did receive the room upgrade based on my Bookings.com membership The kitchenette is very good and nice as well. But it’s best to inform the owner to take down the false advertisement in the booking with the laundry and the breakfast both are false. But there lacks the blunt customer service. Treated like they’re needed over the service you are paying for. Owner forgets when sold out how to accommodate customers needs by opening the online for bookings. The expectation is that a customer will book weeks to months at a time instead of taking advantage of daily and business premium rates for multiple stays. Besides the poor booking quality for corporate members who will need to extend stays, the locations is the most ideal for contractors on the GA ports. But with the lower price there lacks a few things, the hot water nozzles don’t work, I haven’t had a hot bath where I did have to warm the water up on the stove first before taking it. It’s a “old timer feel” to the hotel, great grill and outside cooking area. The location really gets all the business so the attitude of the owner is just so. There is no such free breakfast or breakfast offered at all, they really need to take that false advertisement down, this hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast or free service. I did receive the room upgrade based on my membership, but really the hotel is a two star and needs improvement. None of the laundry works at all but everyone, once the booking is paid and settled in, we all kind of adapted. So the list is a bit over priced for what it really offers which is only a bed in a warm room out of the cold. The kitchenette is very good and nice as well. But it’s best to inform the owner to take down the false advertisement in the booking with the laundry and the breakfast both are false. I have managed to be at this hotel for a month in a half now receiving therapy for a work related injury and on a business trip, but this really has not been the best hotel choice because of the false advertisement and the major inconvenience it causes, just that settling in for this long and therapy is about over we only managed to hang in there until January.

Love the Savannah Inn & the Carole Motel, I stay here every trip to Savannah at least once a month They do NOT have 24hr office, they close 9pm, you just have to make sure you contact them if you will be late arrival, they take care of me all the time even if I arrive after 9pm

Cause it is one of the nicer places to stay in savannah

The room was exactly as pictured, and the bed was so soft. The environment was great. I loved everything, the staff was awesome, helpful, and friendly. This is an establishment that is more than a business, they actually care and im glad to have been blessed to meet them.

The room. Had lots of space. The shower wasn't hot enough.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. There was no staff. A shop to get the hotel key but nobody at the hotel itself. Nobody there to return the key. Also I wonder if Room 126 lives there. That lady started to woop her kid after midnight and woke me up. She is lucky I didn't call the cops. Tip: paint the rooms a lighter nicer color instead of the dungeon look and dark colors and shave the bottom of the bathroom door so it doesn't scrape the floor.

The location is ideal, the owner is very professional and handles all requests in a timely manner. Manager or Owner makes accommodations based on need. There is no breakfast as listed, parking can become a hassle.

Nothing, did not stay there due to it being unsafe. We had to find another place last minute. Phone numbers online and on booking.com do not work, no way to reach hotel staff. Check in is at a convivence store which is supper suspicious and sketch. Lock on door was broken. Hotel did not take responsibility for any of their issues or fix the situation. I want a refund. Its unacceptable to be unable to lock your door or be able to call the hotel staff.

But didn't have a choice. Pillows were very small And only 2 on king size bed It was clean but very out dated. Shower needed work.

Great place to stay
-
the room was mostly clean, the shower did not work at all, and there were a few roaches that were in the room. despite that, the bed was incredibly comfortable and i slept like a baby. check in was confusing as they made me check in at a market?? but it wasnt that awful

There were people partying late and someone fighting and screaming and playing music loudly right above us in the middle of the night.
-
Utility rooms, with all the fixings stove, frig, sinks, bathroom with medicine cabinets and closets with shelves and extra shelves for personal items. The setup was perfect. Location has a Southern fried Chicken
-
It was a very good price, and only 10 to 15$ Lyft to and from downtown life.
-
Nothing Shouldn't be on the booking site. It's deceiving. Looks and feels like government housing. The shower doesn't work, the door in the bathroom looks like a dog or something was locked in and fighting to get out. THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY. DO NOT STAY HERE.
