This was our second time staying here as before it was great only thing is they should consider putting microwaves in the rooms.
-
Exactly what you see is what you get. On the cheaper side but advertised accurately.

The stay overall was decent. However, traveling with two dogs we stay at hotels and pay the pet fee

2. The bathroom door lock was missing so the bathroom door would not stay closed in my room. 3. The person at the front counter was not there for a long time. 4. Do not leave customers information on the counter. I saw a customer go in your files and pull their record out. They had been waiting a long time for a representative. 5. There needs to be a drop box for key return , not just a basket on the counter. You can buy a small mailbox with a lock so other people cannot just walk past and take a key out of the basket. 6. Put up an 8 ft or higher privacy fence so the motel or whatever that sketchy building is behind you will not be seen.

Very clean and great location

While the hotel itself was acceptable, the fact that it is in an industrial area of Savannah was rather unnerving.

Excellent

I ordered food and was told a few minutes. Half an hour later the tacos arrived over cooked no toppings and not palpable. Complained to management and have not heard back

Very clean! Expected just like shown in pictures. Staff was not very helpful or friendly, could barely speak English.

We did not stay at this hotel. When we entered our room there were large roaches at the entrance who turned over and started running. My wife and two year old were scared and upsets my two year old was crying and screaming. I went back down to the main desk to tell them what happened. They did not acknowledge the circumstance and

In an out of the way location

Advertised is an in-house restaurant and bar. Well--- sort of. The restaurant is closed (at least) on Sundays and several mornings it was just closed for breakfast-- don't know why. And when they were open, they were out of a lot of ingredients, making about half the menu un-orderable. Made us wonder how fresh the other ingredients were. Advertised is a free shuttle downtown Savannah. Well--- sort of. They (usually) set up 3-4 times to go down and to pick up at the city hall. They don't operate (at least) on wednesdays and thursdays and when they do run, you can count on them being late. One day, we took the shuttle down, signed up for a return at one of the scheduled times. It simply didn't show up. I called the hotel-- they said the driver just decided to go home. So we were abandoned downtown. We had to take an Uber back. The hotel said they would reimburse us for that, but they never did, despite several inquiries about the refund by me.

We really liked our stay here.

Not a great experience. I wish management had been more accommodating. Won't stay there again.

Great clean room, friendly staff, well located, free parking, everything you need for a couple of nights out!!! Only 7 mins drive from downtown and city market, Not a luxurious hotel, but in it’s category, the right amount of neat and basic min coverage you’d ask for!!! we would definitely come back to this hotel.

The entire time we was there … no pool bar closed super early . Staff stated we had DND on in turn not true !!! Had to ask for extra towels and wash clothes had to change sheets ourselves. Delay on simple request .. and not fulfilled by the staff

It was a newer hotel It needed to be clean better

Nice looking form the outside and inside To start the staff at the front desk trying to charge my debit card first $93 and then $103 less then a minute apart after allegedly only trying to charge $8 for some snacks. My banking app showed that it was the very same Kingston hotel that was trying to prosses these fraudulent charges. I have never had this problem EVER with chime and random charges. I will be canceling my card they have charged and will have a new one. That is not only concerning, but the front counter was very unprofessional and tried to escalate the situation when I was simply trying to get answers.
