The room was so dusty. The kitchen sink had a weird black thing inside, and when we came back from running errands, it turned into a goo or clump that was coming up the drain and filling the sink. When we called maintenance, they checked the sink and said we couldn't get it fixed until the next modning, but at this point the sink was causing an awful smell throughout the room. We tried to ask the hotel to switch our room but they had no more rooms available. We tried calling Expedia multiple times and got no response. We ended up having to find another hotel last minute at 11 pm at night and have been staying at our hotel until now, but still no one from Expedia has called to refund our money.

The hotel was 2 miles alway from the event I attended The whole checking process and the lack of transparency and communication.

Nothing besides staff was nice My room smelled dirty, first day no power in room, tv didn’t work, no shampoo, not enough towels to begin, first day breakfast was bad food was cold the first day …

Cleaning service was not that great. Breakfast was okay not a very good selection. Parking location was good.

This was our second stay, and overall we had another great experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and we really appreciated having access to the guest laundry. Our room was a bit dusty, and the shower floor didn’t seem very clean. Breakfast was good, but adding another waffle iron would help keep the line moving. Overall, we’d happily stay again.

We love Home2Suites. They’re our go to hotel wherever we go. This one was no exception. Will continue to stay here.

Got charged for parking never told it was a daily charge asked for 150 deposit that I thought is was all included in my bill only one gentleman on our last night was helpful when I told him our tv was not working had to call maintenance like 5 times for him to say I’ll try to get you another but I don’t promise anything , line was horrible to have breakfast missing items not all condiments or silverware were available a place I would not go again they need a new manager and better team work manager seemed meen

Staff polite, helpful, very busy. Appreciate the coffee/tea service availability. Good orange juice. Scrambled eggs oversalted. Pool could have been warmer. Clean, quiet room, convenient parking. Thank you.
