The jacuzzi in room didn't have strong jets...

Loved the size of the hot tub in the jacuzzi rooms... and the staff was Very Respectful and polite. The jacuzzi in room didn't have strong jets...

Nothing. There were lipstick stains on the walls, the floor was charred. There were bugs and hair in the bed and bathroom. We checked two different rooms in case it was a one-off issue. We immediately checked out after this and refused to stay at the property because we were afraid of bringing bedbugs back to our house. I asked for a refund and they agreed, even issuing me a paper that confirmed the request for a refund had been sent to booking.com support, but after multiple days of back and forth, I was never issued my money. Both booking.com and staff at the property assured me that they were working on getting the money back to me ASAP but it has now been several weeks and there is radio silence from both parties. I would not recommend staying here to anyone and after my current vacation ends I will probably cease using booking.com as a whole due to this experience.

The motel is getting old, towels sheets look like dirty because too old. The TV didn't work at all. The coffeemaker isn't anymore.

Not much. The room smelled like sewer. The floors were soaking wet. The hot tub did not work correctly. It did not hold water. The plug was in and it was empty with in an hour. If there was a way to get my funds back i would definitely proceed. The price, the smell, not working hot tub, the people hanging around the property, and especially the prostitue that lives on site.

Spent too much money for a jacuzzi room. Jacuzzi broken, no television, chick on drugs knocking on my window all night, what a treat.

The employees and staff. They give you the your home kind of feeling TV batteries were dead.

Clean Horrible mattress saggy rock hard and lumpy did not sleep well if at all

The pillow was flat with no cushion and one of the pillow cases had pilling

Room felt neglected, pictures don't look like the place and found a roach crawling on the wall

It was spotless, clean and comfortable!

The room was not very clean. The “clean” towels had hair on them. The bed cover sheets on both beds had some kind of crumbs on them. The hairdryer (the only amenity in the room) did not work.
