Rodeway Inn Santa Ana - Garden Grove

AC is good but TV is not working.

Clean room, but the room we stayed in busy Main Street well to be expected.

Bed bugs blood on the sheets dirty dog barking all night manager rude unhelpful gave us another dirty room with wet dirty holy blanket. Gross and disgusting.

Some rooms need to update and little noisy if stay close to the street.

No shampoo or conditioner

Floor felt dusty and saw little insects on the floor and on the bed

Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund because the room was good. Well, $150.00 lost but at least we got a good night sleep in a safe environment. Avoid this place. For $150 a night there has to be a better place down the road from there. Be warned.

Clean room

It was very nice clean & quiet. The beds are so hard & uncomfortable to sleep on, & the tv wouldn’t work.

Convenient location Not the nicest neighborhood but close to stores and food.

I liked the friendly and accommodating staff and the room itself was pleasant for the price point. Thank you Rodeway Inn.

TV was impossible to figure out. Needed downloads and your own personal TV service. Never did get it to work. Refrigerator made a terrible whining noise. Had to turn it off.

The room was clean and served our needs. I don’t know about the neighborhood, I felt safe and the beds were comfortable. The noise from the street was very loud. I think if we had not been so close to the street wd would not have needed the AC to drown it out.

It was OK

Decent motel. Clean. Bed was really squeaky. Good thing I was by myself. You can hear people's footsteps in the other rooms. Small parking lot, but didn't have trouble finding a spot
