National Inn Garden Grove

Staff is super nice and accommodating. Hotels clean.

Great service very clean

Staffs are great. Location is great.

The facility is good but can do better! I found a bug on my pillow which scared me to check the bed … The towers are super fresher but the ventilation is so poor causing the whole smell unbearable!

Passable

It’s perfect for staying overnight, bed is comfortable

Staff: friendly AC : a bit noisy

Location and convenience My room doesn’t have microwave while other rooms have.

The location of this motel was nice for being able to walk to several Vietnamese restaurants, coffee, etc.

Superb

Yes Ok with everything

Newer coming back to this place . They serve you outside of waiting room through bullet proof glass. Terrible

Amazing staff quiet area and safe

I really liked the wooden floors, especially as someone with allergies. The AC worked well, and the room felt safe. Housekeeping is by request, and when I asked, they changed the sheets and towels, although they didn’t sweep the floor. When the toilet flush stopped working, the front desk fixed it immediately. Overall, a good first motel experience. If you just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower, it does the job.

I like this motel because location really convenience for me. Clean room, Good air conditioning & parking easy.

Not enough towels not enough pillows bed not too comfortable

Very good

It was a cheap affordable place. Somewhat clean, a little dirty. Could hear the neighbors upstairs. Kinda sketch at times. For the price, it’s what I expected

The place was hideous. I have no idea how this had good reviews on this app. The towels were dirty. The floor was dirty. The furniture didn’t match the TV didn’t work. It didn’t even have a remote. The only good part about staying there was the fact that I got to leave.
