Clean room

The property was old run down and dirty the staff was unprofessional and miserable you couldn’t pay me to stay there agsin

The motel needs and upgrade fast. I never wanted clean tbe base board so bad in my life. The door to the room did not secure at all so I didnt sleep much for the one I was there.

checked in late 10:30pm so had to ring the outside bell. room was clean, water was hot, AC worked. coffee maker in room. felt safe. good value for price. if you’re taking UBER from airport likely better idea is to use that $ and upgrade to a closer hotel

Staff was great I had a issue with the pillows and need a extra blanket and they were quick to get on it and help with the issue

Location is very convenient. However, everything else is just so so.

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at, the tub had a bunch of hairs around it. Decent looking for what it was but the bathroom smelled kinda moldy from all the humidity.

Towels and bedsheets were stained with blood and other things

Everything was clean good and quiet and reasonable price

It gets weird having to chase down clean towels and getting your room cleaned by the cleaning staff. These are basics

I recommend friends to stay at the National Hotel. Thx

Two stars at best. You check in through a window. They won’t let you in the door. They will give you $.25 to use the ice machine. The chair in front of the desk prevents your mate from getting to the other side side of the bed. No tissues in the room. Should I go on? That’s enough!

We arrived very late at night. After a quick trip to the restroom we went to bed. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable for a one night stay. The following morning upon further inspection, the bathroom was filthy. There was hair everywhere. Sink, tub, floor. Also the wall next to the sink was disgusting with visible finger prints and smears of filth. Not sure of the floor in the bedroom because it was brown laminate. There have been updates but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Won’t stay again.
