Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Garden Grove/Anaheim South

Continental breakfast was ok, 1st morning no waffle mix had to ask for it. 2nd morning juice was empty. 3rd morning lady took awake eggs and sausage 10 min before closing though there was plenty to be able to grab n go. Bring your own salt n pepper, they don’t have any. If you reserve 2 rooms and pay the same price for both, they will not be the same standard. 1 room had a great fridge but microwave was garbage. Other room crappy fridge decent microwave. One room had a Balcony but the door was locked so we couldn’t use it. Though other people were on there balconies. One room we saw a roach and large spider. They don’t actually “clean” the rooms, not under the beds anyways as we found things under both beds in each room. Only great things were the beds and pillows. The AC’s worked well and shower pressure/hot water was great.

I like breakfast but I don’t like staff at front desk man was not happily greeting and was only answering in yes or no wards

Amazing staff very welcoming and super clean rooms and spacious

First time staying here and it was wonderful. The pools were clean. Lots of parking very quiet. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Very convenient. We would stay here again.

The reviews do not reflect the quality of the establishment. Sheets were stained (unsure if they were cleaned), smashed bugs and human hair on the walls and dead spider in the shower along with hair, food left on the floor beside the bed and AC was flashing a light needing the filter replaced. Hostess was unfriendly and the lounge that was connected to the lobby had flashing strobe lights and loud music that could be heard from outside. This hotel is not very family friendly. We immediately left the hotel due to not feeling safe enough to stay the remainder of our booking.

The air conditioning is too loud,can’t sleep at night,refrigerator not cold!!!

Noisy, dirty

I like the staff are so helpful and nice! Also are clean but only one thing make me so ignoring is the air conditioner so noice.

I liked the bathroom was upgraded and gave shampoos/body wash/ conditioner.

The only thing I was disappointed in was no jacuzzi. But other than that is was very nice!

We are very pleased to stay here. The only inconvenience we don’t like is no safe box in the room

The Continental breakfast was just OK. Pretty bare bones, lots of carbs, but low on protein.
