Close proximity to stores and bus routes. Garbage left in drawers, half full beer left in refrigerator, mold in the shower, roaches in the room, broken window in the bathroom and the bed was so uncomfortable with only the tattered bed spread and flat pillows. This place is horrid

We got our $50 deposit back Should have read more reviews. Should have walked out as soon as we saw cash only, no refunds. We were burned on this one The staff was rude, the room was dirty, we turned on the TV and an adult movie immediately popped on (um, what if our children were with us). We were there less than 15 minutes and checked out

My wife and I didn't spend the night due to the room being dirty..the walls the paint was piling ..the tile on the bathroom was crack and very old.. the bed was very uncomfortable..over all my wife and I made the choice to leave the room and rented a room in Irvine.. The rooms was trash...it was old .. the bed ..the tile .the bathroom..the Wall everything was old..very old..

Paint was peeling off the wall, shower was leaking, beds weren't made with fitted sheets and came undone within seconds.

It is a quiet zone and I like the neighborhood but I did had the wort experience at my staying at this hotel so can’t say any good comments the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that I couldn’t get a refund..so disappointed The room had a cockroaches infestation me and my girlfriend were resting for a bit and then we saw the floor fill with roches..it was disgusting we had to leave the room and go home I just stayed for a couple hours I took video and pics

No hand towels no wash cloths manage told after I booked an extre 6 days that I had to check out or pay an extra 20.00 when questioned he was un able to answer I conducted business meetings he had an empty parking lot some clients parked a skew he came out and made them move the cars he was as annoying as a fly if I did not have such a tight budget I would have checked out taken him to small claims court and got my money back you bring revenue in to a city through hospitality not being a jerk Most of the nit picky bull ?

The room was disgusting. The comforter had holes in it, there were stains on the floor and pillowcases, the windows were blocked open, which was concerning, and they had us pay a cash deposit and then refused to give us a receipt. Will NEVER return.
