On this particular stay the cable went out at 4 am we checked out close to 11 with no resolution. I spoke to night front deak attendant at 6 am. Her reply was the weather and I would be slightly more willing to consider if it had stopped raining several 4+ hours before

Well, to begin with when checking in they double charged my card, had to wait two days to get a refund for a mistake that they made. The front desk staff was horrible, rude, absolutely no customer service skills, and forget if you need to contact the front desk, they never answer. Breakfast

My only complaint is the aggressive cleaning staff. If you place the do not disturb sign on your door please be sure to lock it as well because they will still attempt to enter your room. As a solo traveler.....this was terrifying! Even after asking them not to clean or enter my room, they did so the moment I went downstairs.

We are disappointed. The couch in our room was terribly stained, there were Cheetos on the floor, and the shower had dark marks. The hotel brought in strange characters, people were smoking joints outside entrance, my husband and son shared an elevator with what seemed to be two prostitutes.

A clean and comfortable place to stop. Would stay here again. Breakfast is included and was decent. A few minor cosmetic things that maybe could be fixed up but it didn’t affect our stay. We managed to find something for our youngster to watch on the tv prior to bed but a bit disappointed to not be able to use streaming apps like Disney or Netflix. It was only regular cable television.

Room was clean, staff very friendly, pool was open and clean. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. Only problem I had was only eggs and sausage was available, could of had some potatoes. Very convenient location right off the highway.
