This was a return for me. Having family in the area, I will definitely come back. The room was clean, and really nice. It has a couch with sitting area. Big window with a view of the sky. I travel alone and feel very safe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is great.

Very friendly staff..the room was very clean..we don’t partake of the breakfast as we very early…it was very nice to have parking so close to the door. My husband usually don’t sleep very well.. but I have say we both slept well. I have one problem….That is the pillows. There weren’t enough on the bed..never had half pillows. If they were full size.. that would’ve been perfect

When we got to our room the air conditioning was not working. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I could have a pet Staff was not customer friendly. No hot water in shower. Toilet backed up. We drove 10hrs over night. Arrived about 1:15 pm. Checkin is 3pm. I asked if at all possible I check in a little early. (Our room was already booked on line)She said no 3pm. Went out to our truck till 2:59 pm. Went back in she says( let me see if we have a room for you) I spoke up like really, are you kidding me, another employee came over and said " if you don't like it there's rooms down the street". When we finally got into our room , no hot water, and the toilet back up. I will never be back.

I liked the location. Close to shopping and restaurants. I didn't like all the light and sound coming from under the door.

Great customer service my room had a iron and iron board also downstairs had needle and thread I needed it in an emergency because my friend dress ripped so it was convenient that I didn’t have to go to store. Great breakfast they have a waffle press you can make your own waffle also they had pork sausage wish they had turkey sausage I don’t eat pork and they had scrambled eggs, apple juice , orange juice, cereal , etc very great spread also they have a pool I seen someone early morning cleaning the pool out before pool hours I didn’t use the pool though but overall a very great experience
