The check in was wonderful, she took every step to make the check in process easy with a great personality.. the one thing i didnt like was the safety, i had to keep asking for keys cause they wouldnt work to open the door, plus i had my 79 year old mother with me and she was asleep in the room and it frustrated me deepy we couldn’t get in the room.. i was so exhausted from the heat i sat on the floor trying to figure out how we was going get in the room even the maintenance keys didnt work after several knocks my mom open the door.. we couldnt really go in and out the room after that uneasy if we was going to get in the room or not.. The hotel is great i have stayed at one before in VA but never had a issue with me kept getting lock out my room

Friendly staff Cleanliness of room Excellent breakfast Clothes...didn't like the hanging wall hooks. I like to spread clothing out. Easier to access

Please keep this property nice and clean the bathroom and make sure the cleaners change the pillows case for all pillows. Oils from prior guests stink.

Location was so close to the interstate easy for staying for a road trip. Clean and lots to do in the facility.

We loved all of it except one. The pool was way too cold!!! The indoor pool was too cold.

Got to hotel around 5:30 pm and they gave my 2 rooms i booked away and said that the third party didn’t have my email and phone number so they cancelled my reservation

I loved the modern style. I loved how the lobby was like a place to commune with others. The pool drain was stopped up and the outside patio needs a trash can so people will stop leaving cups and stuff on the nice furniture out there.

Please check towels to make sure they are not spotted and holding hair. Make sure cleaners change pillowcases and sheets instead of just making up beds.
