Good location. Comfortable room. Good breakfast

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I was given a room that was in very poor condition, the bathroom was not appropriate maintained , and the walls and ceiling were also in unacceptable condition, what made the experience even worse was the way I was treated by a staff member Nicole , she spoke to me in a very loud and disrespectful manner and slammed the phone down on rhe table while speaking with me . I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly because I am latino. Regardless of a guest’S background or ethnicity, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. The condition of the room was unacceptable, but the disrespectful treatment from the staff made the experience even more upsetting. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both issues.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Close to food but not worth the cost.

The property and staff were fine. I'm going on one month since my stay and they still haven't reversed my incidentals fee of $100 from my credit card. Feel like I'm having to beg to get it back. Very disappointed as I've stayed at this hotel many times through the years. Won't stay here again.

Clean room. Friendly staff.

The staff was very nice and welcoming! The room was great, clean, and well worth the price. We made use of the 24hr fitness center and was able to still get our workout while traveling. The breakfast was also pretty good and had a lots to choose from.

The location is convenient, and there is plenty of parking available. However, the staff could be more welcoming, and the property would benefit from improved cleanliness. Additionally, the color scheme in the rooms and hallways could be enhanced for a better overall appearance.

We started for my sisters 18th birthday and she had a blast. Staff was super friendly, room was clean, everything was perfect.

It just wasn’t as clean and maintained as places I normally stay in. It was as just a little run down. It was ok.

A lot of stains on the pull out sofa

Staff was not very helpful and did not display a nice warm courteous attitude.

We booked and paid for a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. When we arrived, we were told that there weren’t any rooms available with the sleeper sofa- just the two queen beds. We were not refunded for the extra amount that we paid for the room with the sleeper sofa (difference of approximately $40), and someone had to sleep on the floor. It wasn’t super clean and there were stains on the blankets and sheets. The front desk person was helpful in the sense that she brought up a roll away bed and sheets… wouldn’t stay here again though after the experience overall.

Checking in at 11:45 PM was frustrating because Hotel.com apparently didn’t send the reservation to Fairfield and Fairfield didn’t have a room that our confirmation stated. After about 45 minutes Hotel.com agreed to pay for two non-adjourning rooms. Fairfield front desk did a nice job trying to get things right.

Staff was friendly

Upon check in on Thursday I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman, His kindness and customer service was the reason my family and I stayed. After learning the pool was being repaired (which I wanted to leave than) but he said it would be up by the weekend and it was. Thank you sir for great customer service. The 5 stars for the staff is because of him.

There was a giant cockroach in the lobby and in the pool area. We were short a blanket and 2 pillows. Don’t recommend
