Our first room smelled so we went back downstairs and got a different room. It was fine, but I think the common areas also had a smell.

Property Management needs to be reminded that there are people who struggle with mental health disabilities, that they say are not to be disregarded, marginalized, or dismissed. That cardboard cutout of a wheelchair covers all disabilities, and she shows a total lack of professionalism. I will post this on every review board possible, and I will continue to speak out until I am fully refunded, and my family receives an apology. You review it, and you won't post the truth, this survey is absolutely useless

The room was OK. Too much noise from parking lot. The shower should have a mat, it is quite slippery. If my husband had been with me, it would have been hard for him. Breakfast was doable.

The room was clean, the restroom and shower seemed newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful.
