We typically like to stay at Hampton Inns because it’s always updated and clean. Our room had badly stained carpet, very worn curtains too, and the AC was motion detecting so during the night it got hot and muggy, every time we came back to room after dinner/shopping it was hot and muggy. This stay was disappointing….id give it 6/10 compared to Sault Ste Marie’s Hampton inn which is 9/10 and Wabash,IN Hampton inn is 10/10.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff greeted me upon arrival and checked me in without any delays. The room was very clean and ready on time. I’ve stayed at this location several times and look forward to it every year.

The hotel is what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. It was good and breakfast was very good. I like the consistency of the Hampton Inn's. I trust them.

This was another return visit to the area and the Hampton Inn is and will always be our go to place to stay. Always very friendly staff, very clean lobby and outdoor areas, very easy check in, very clean and well setup rooms, and the breakfast is always very good. I highly recommend this property to stay at. You won't be disappointed!!

Location and how quick it was to get checked in. When returning from a wedding we asked the counter girl for a complimentary water. She gave them to us but said just this one time....not customer friendly. The thermostat in the room did not let us adjust for comfort.
